The service of the lads working there was good,just a bit concerned I looked at the tyres today and the manufacturing date is 44/22,which makes these tyres older than the ones they took off

Had a full service and MOT at MR Tyre. They were £70 cheaper than a competitor, provided all the MOT and service documentation, and were polite and transparent throughout. It took ever so slightly longer than expected, but they kept me informed and called as soon as it was ready. Great value and friendly, would seriously recommend to anyone.

I popped in about my tyre and the team were honestly so lovely from start to finish. Super honest, decent and genuinely helpful - no upselling, no pressure, just proper customer service. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and made the whole thing stress-free.

The staff were lovely, explained everything before doing the work and explained the problems too. Wasn’t too expensive either - other places could have charged a lot more.

I ordered tires online, but the staff didn't mention anything before installation that they had changed to a different type of treadmill. They only told me they had changed to a cheaper treadmill when I was paying after installation.

The staff were great they advised me on my tyres. They also put my tracking right thanks again.

Walked in the bloxwich depot on the off chance for a tyre, friendly fella on the desk took all the details tyre was changed in a short space of time and I was on my way, very good service

Booked in for a oil and filter change, on arrival car was taken into garage and work started, after 15 mins mechanic came to me and said they couldn't take the filter off due to not having the correct socket so we agreed to bring the car back the following week when they would have the socket. The car was bought round to me and I drove it away, I was on my way to Warwick when the car started making a strange noise and when I was close to destination the low engine oil message came up on dash, when I arrived at destination I lifted the bonnet to check and was shocked to see that the engine cover was missing and the oil cap wasn't on and the engine was covered in oil and the sump was totally empty, I'm just glad that I wasn't travelling a long distance because I think the engine would have seized, I will not be returning to Mr tyre bloxwich.

Turned up at 12.45 for a 12.30/1pm appointment, was told by a unfriendly technician my appointment was not till 1pm,and was told to take a seat.One customer was being dealt with out of the 3 technicians on duty.
At 1pm they looked at my car and I was told the one tyre had been put on the wrong way round and would cost £9 to correct this, I explained it had been fitted by their Walsall branch,therefore it was the companies fault and should br done for free.
After some humming and harring they fitted the new tyre and corrected the tyre incorrectly fitted with no charge.
