Booked in for air con re-gas today, my Misses drove 6 miles to get there only to be told they had ran out of stock! They had my details why not ring me to inform me? Never again

We are sorry and apologise for any inconvenience caused, this certainly wasn't our intention. In normal circumstances we would have contacted you but unfortunately the staff member who booked your vehicle in failed to get a contact number.
I can assure you this is not our normal level of service and staff members involved have been spoken to.
