The flag did not come on time
The flag did not come on time, after a week I had to chase and then I did get a good response from customer service. When it arrived it was quite thin and flimsy, but I guess flags need to be light. However I think the quality was inadequate

Excellent product and fantastic customer service
Excellent product and fantastic customer service.
The quality of the product is better than expected.
Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced my product but Mr Flag immediately made me aware of the issue and against the run of the clock made/shipped a replacement flag.
I was very anxious and nervous about the issue but Mr Flag resolved everything in a timely manner ready for my Grandfathers funeral.
Highly recommend Mr Flag services.

Highly recommended. Having felt very anxious about ordering online this company sent me a template of what I was after.
The fabric was outstanding and is excellent value for money.
The finishing touch to my father’s funeral having him draped in his favourite football logo was astonishing.
