I very rarely leave reviews on Trustpilot but as I believe in giving credit where it's due I feel compelled to write here today. I telephoned Mr Flag to ask about a coffin drape. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and empathic and helped me to understand the options of what I could order. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that I could have any design I wanted and so placed an order. Later that day I changed my mind about the design and called back. I was a little worried that it might be too late to change a personalised order, but the gentleman was very understanding and not only accepted the new design but made a couple of suggestions that improved it. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. At such a difficult time in my life, it was reassuring to speak to someone with his patience. The drape was delivered to me very quickly and used in the funeral. It made the coffin look elegant and gave some comfort during the funeral, not only to myself but to other family members too. Thank you Mr Flag. I hope that I won't need another funeral drape anytime soon, but if anybody else does, I would highly recommend you to them.

I ordered a coffin drape from Mr Flag for my Grandfathers funeral & so many people who attended commented positively on it saying how fitting it was rather than flowers for him. The quality was amazing, much better than I’d imagined and I’m very grateful to Mrflag as they got it delivered to us very quickly. Highly recommended.

Ordered a custom made coffin drape.
The quality and design were excellent along with the customer service and quick delivery. It actually exceeded expectations.

Received my order, however, there was an issue with one of my flags. Contacted Mr Flag Accounts, explained the issue, sent photographs and received a replacement flag, Absolutely superb service and customer care. 100% a brilliant service and customer care. transpired there was a batch issue at manufacturing, not any fault of Mr Flag but third party supplier in China.

Needed a bespoke Arsenal flag for my Dad’s coffin. Sent through the preferred club crests and they delivered a perfect et design.

Also added holes so it can be hung should ever needed at no extra cost.

Delivered before stated time and excellent quality.

Made a very sad purchase something easier to sort. Thank you.

This is my second order from MrFlag of the Prince Llywelyn flag, and based on the quality of the first flag and the speed of delivery I chose to order two more as gifts for other Llewellyn family members. They too are impressed by the quality of the flags. All the flags now hang proudly next to the American flag outside our homes.
