An excellent service, keeping me informed all the way until my goods arrived. They even gave me an hour delivery slot with options to change if I needed. Very good.

Ordered a pair of boots to be delivered to my home...received texts updating my delivery on a regularl basis...even receiving one with the time they will be delivered which was spot on and name of the driver!

Amazing shoes at brilliant prices. You couldn't ask for more.

Delivery was super speedy and my shoes were in perfect condition upon arrival. Love the style and also the low price tag!

The choice of boots and shoes is very good. I compared the prices to other sites and found they were the cheapest and good quality. When they arrived which was very quick they were perfect. I would strongly recomend Mr Shoes to everyone.

Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit. We have had too endt hem back and cost £13, waiting to see how quickly the response is on returns

Lovely school shoes for my picky daughter! A but ride on the fitting but with a insole are fine.

My first attempt at buying some winter shoes was November 2012 and my order did not fit so I went into me nearest mr shoes store and asked them to order me a size bigger and was told it would be in after the weekend so I rang up on the Monday after first neig there on the Thursday and was told they hadn't arived and would be atleast a few more days so I rang at the end of that week and was then told I had to wait another week as they hadn't been ordered . I was getting very frustrated at this time and I was passing by the shop that weekend so I decided to go in in person to collect me shoes and they still had not arived so I have them my shoes that were to small and demanded a re fund and I'll go else where then to be told I wouldn't get my money back for another whole week ! As I paid by card . This year I tried again thinking ill give them one more chance I go I to the store and they don't hae my size yet again and I'm advised to order them as iv tried the six so I know I have to be a size 7 I paid for a quick delivery so two working days and they didn't turn up I had to ring to find out where they were and I was told the delivery driver didn't have my contact info and could not find my address ... And try her them to turn back around and get them to me that day like I had paid for and they then tell the lady on the phone I had called them up and given them my number after the failed delivery witch ! I did. Nothing of the sort ! And the lady on the customer help line also said that it seemed like a lie and it was if had no contact with the driver I received my shoes a day late and to top it off iv got to send them back as they are broken ! I will not be using mr shoes ever again.

Excellent seller from start to finish ...

I can buy cheap shoes that are very much 'now' for fashion. The delivery is quick and they have a great range. They often have stuff on there that you can find much more expensive on other retailers even though they are obviously the exact same shoe

Items in perfect condition and as described. Constant updates of delivery process. Very useful and able to ensure someone around for delivery. Highly recommended and will use again.

I bought a lovely pair of Marco Tozzi boots that I noticed in a shop. Came home and searched through internet. Found them through Mr Shoes, made the purchase and voila have my new boots.

Delivery was sooner than expected and it was really useful to be able to track my parcel easily for once without entering a reference etc and be able to see its exact location. It was very useful.

The service I have received from Mr Shoes is second to none, I would recommend the company to everyone they're brilliant.

I wanted a new pair of boots for the winter and after looking online at the usual places I purchase from, I stumbled across Mr Shoes. I was a bit dubious as I hadn't heard of them before but low and behold what a wonderful company! A big selection to choose from, good prices and fast delivery. Will definitely be my first port of call in future!

I bought a pair of Jeffrey West boots online but didn't really like them in the flesh so took them back to my local store in Wimbledon, no quibble refunded my money. Will be buying off of Mr-Shoes again

I did not recieve my order what is the problem?

The price was right so I bought two pairs of shoes that I would use for driving and would be smart enough for everyday use.
Having tried both pairs I found the 'brown' a little more comfortable and flexible but the 'black' soon (after one afternoon) lived up to the job. Very comfortable for driving and did not slip on the pedals, and are undoubtedly the best 'cheap' shoes I have bought.
I will buy again and hope that they outlast previous driving shoes (from different manufactures).
