WHEN I TELEPHONED MR SHOES TO CANCELL AN ORDER AFTER REALISING THAT THE BOOTS I HAD ORDERD WERE NOT LEATHER,I WAS REALLY SUPRISED WHEN THE PHONE WAS ANSWERD AFTER 2 RINGS BY A VERY HELPFULL LADY WHO WITHOUT DEMANDING WHY JUST TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM TO CANCELL.IT WAS AN INSTANT RELIEF AS I WAS REALLY WORRIED I WOULNOT BE ABLE TO CANCELL OR HAVE TO CHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
BRILLIANT WELL DONE,WISH IT WAS ALWAYS THIS EASY.

The service was brilliant right down to delivery as generally have to wait in all day but was provided with a one hour time slot.

I am always sceptical about buying on line but I bought two pairs of boots and I have got to say that the boots were the best I could find at a competitive price both on the internet and the high street. I have been searching for nearly two years.
The price is good, the quality excellent and the service fantastic. The boots were delivered in two days. I will be using Mr Shoes again.

Boyfriend ordered boots for delivery to his work. They showed up really quickly. The boots were a good price at 29.99, and are a good solid boot. I like the style and they go really nicely with all my jeans. Already the boots are a firm autumn/winter favourite and have been used for 2mile school run as really comfy to walk in. Would use Nr Shoes on line again, and would recommend to others. Only down side is that there is no free return service at Post Office.

My shoes were posted via DHL Express on 25th September. It's now a full week later and still no shoes. Hardly express service. I can't comment on the quality of Mr Shoes but I certainly can say that the delivery agent they use is terrible!

I would recommend ordering through Mr Shoes it was so easy and very quick, I had my order delivered to store for me to collect.

The delivery was quick and efficient. The boots themselves are good quality and a good fit. Plenty of room for socks and thick tights for winter. The inside of the boot is fleece/material lined for cosiness and comfort. The sole of the shoe where your foot sits is not covered with this material but it keeps the heat in and the cold out perfectly regardless. Very comfortable. Looks stylish. Ideal for winter as it is stylish and practical, heel is not too high and can be worn casually or with smart clothes.

I was looking for a particular style of shoe (vintage black and white brogues) which would be comfortable enough for wearing while playing drums in my band. Had looked in local shoe shops but were very expensive for what I needed. I came across Mr Shoes while doing an internet search and found exactly what I was looking for at a really competitive price. Ordering was extremely quick and easy and delivery very prompt. They were delivered in suitable protective packaging. I was kept informed by email of all tracking information during the delivery process, even down to the name of the driver who would make the final delivery. I was given 7 days to decide if the shoes were what I wanted. The shoes were very good quality and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mr Shoes and will would shop with them again when the situation arises.
