Avoid. They seem nice until you have a problem. Bought an Audi Q3 reg: YB65 TCU and it had issues before we even got it home. A day later the coolant light came on. A leaking water pump. We had an independent inspection done which also flagged up leaking front shocks, rear bushes were perished, crack in front passenger headlight case and permanenty misted up, completely perished rear wiper blade, perished front wiper blade, (which we replaced on the way home) and a slow puncture in the rear passenger tyre which I had to pay to get fixed (bunged).
To top it off, they said they did the change of keeper on dvla website but they did not. Which indicates there is no log book. Just a green slip with the previous sale date of November 2025.
This car is back up for sale having had the water pump and belt done. Beware of the other issues!
We had 2 weeks of aggro trying to get our money back with our 30 day right to reject, which was eventually success
