Never buy from this seller.
Sent wrong parts and don't want to refund money...

Very very very very bad.ordered parts,paid next day delivery,didnt arrive until 3 days later.no apologies or offer of refund for paying for next day delivery postage.accused of not paying return postage when i emailed to enquire about a number post office needed to return the parcel.when i got my refund it wasnt the full amount as they took the postage money back even though i paid for postage for the parcel and when i returned it.would not recommend them to ANYONE

Not the best, next day delivery is not really next day, so 5.95 delivery charges is money thrown away

First time dealing with motor parts.ie and the service was excellent, so fast, I got my order the next day, it was wrapped perfect, nothing damaged and the price on the item was so cheap, really good site, I will definitely be ordering again

Great supplier, delivered next day

I ordered a car battery from this company on Tuesday, 19th of February, with delivery next day. As the battery didn't arrive next day, I asked them where is the battery. They told me "Because of the acid content of batteries it necessitates using a specialist courier company which takes an extra day". But the battery didn't arrive on 21st either. Neither on 22nd. So I asked them again where is the battery and if they have a tracking number. They told me "Hi Andrei, I confirm delivery will be between 2-5pm today(22nd).We do not have a tracking number system with this company." Around 4PM, I wrote them again, asking for the courier's phone number. I didn't receive any answer. That Friday evening, I opened a paypal case for getting my money back. Finally I received my battery on Tuesday 26th of February, so 7 days after I placed an order that was supposed to happen the next day.
So, my point of view after this experience:
-communication/customer service = none
They didn't inform me initially that the battery was not shipped when it was supposed to, and after that they told me wrong information all the time,or no answer to my questions at all.
They didn't assume the fault and blame the courier company for all.
I ordered to motorparts.ie, not to the courier company, so I was expecting the seller to check where the battery is and to give me the correct information, which they didn't.
I will never buy again from these people.

"Because of the acid content of batteries it necessitates using a specialist courier company which takes an extra day" - the battery was carried beside the driver's feet , in the truck cabin. This is where I took if from. Indeed, "very special conditions" to carry an "acid containing" object.
