Absolutely zero customer service. I've sent 5 emails and not one reply. All great at taking the order and waxing lyrical about their delivery details but that's where it ends. Advertised a part and when it arrived its not the right part at all. Wasted money and time. Up there with the worst experiences from a goods supplier that I've encountered.

They are sometimes busy so may not answer the phone all the time but, email works always.

I needed part urgently. Ordered 4pm Wednesday. Got email 10pm Thursday to say it had been dispatched so had concerns 1 to 2 days may only start from Thursday pm BUT product obviously dispatched prior to email as part landed 10am friday. So EXCELLENT and price super

Ordered to front shock absorbers payed extra for quick delivery on the site they were available. I received a call at 5 o clock saying they were out of stock and will be 10 days before they were in stock again and tryed to sell me other shock absorbers that were 60 euros more expensive and then told me they are not in stock as well. Absolute joke this company it was my first time ordering from motor parts and the last . Then told me it would be 5 to 7 days to put the money back onto my card I only gave one star but to be honest they don’t deserve any stars .
Avoid this company at all costs.

After an email and two phone calls I received a phone call call img me a liar and giving out about my review I had my phone on speaker and 3 people listened to what was said to me I was told the parts I ordered were obsolete so why are they advertised on the site ??? Checked my bank still no refund

Wrong parts sent, but rectified on contact. Difficult to get through to on the phone but a direct email is quickly answered

Ordered traffic mirror lunchtime Friday. Delivered Manday 9am.post free. Highly recommend them

Ordered replacement glass for a 2015 Yaris. Entered my reg. and Yaris 1.3 litre correctly appeared on the parts filter. Package arrived promptly. Glass received not even close to the shape and size required. Generic rectangle. Don't order from here, waste of time.

Tried to call to enquiry about stock an a clutch. Was directed by answering machine to email my enquiry. Received no response to my email enquiry. When I complained about no reply to my enquiry I was sworn, mocked and abused. The fact that a company like this is still in operation is amazing.
Do yourself a favor and call Any other company if you need good service because these people are an absolute joke.

I ordered mud flaps for my car yesterday and arrived today. Exceptional delivery time and was kept updated throughout the process. I can not speak more highly about my experience with motorparts and I would highly recommend their service.

Ordered car mats from the website, and 2 days later delivered as expected. Was a bit apprehensive as read a lot of bad reviews here, but personally can't find fault!

Never again!! Ordered Berlingo seat covers (took nearly 3 weeks) and I had to pay the postage the second time it got posted. Berlingo seat covers in the picture have all 3 seatscovered but you only get 2 and at 65euro is very pricey , picture is misleading
