I recently received a fine for overstaying the 20 minutes in one of the shell garage Fuel stations, I’m making contact with them and informing them. My Car had actually broken down which prevented me leaving the station in the correct time period. They were very quick to apologise for the inconvenience and cancel the ticket, Prabhakar was so Responsive and really helpful throughout the whole situation and went above and beyond, such amazing service thank you again

Ross on Wye a Filthy dirty place. Carwash is full of oil and ruined my clothing. Never been cleaned or maintained. Complaints ignored. Nobody speaks English.

They went out of their way to solve my issue - many thx

Tried to use a new charger at Elevetham Heath Morrison's. The car charger has recently been installed replacing one that worked perfectly. The MFG charger wouldn't accept a credit card (I tried several). No number on the charger for who to contact, so got a number from google, apparently the software on their newly installed charger is out of date and won't accept credit cards, but they suggested I use their app, not going to do that. I can't charge at home and this location was my preferred charger, not any more.

Overall their charger isn't at all intuitive and in my view the worst charger I have used in the 4 years I have had electric cars.

Was asked to pay for fuel first in a garage in canvey island i have used for 10 years
The reason was because I looked dodgy .
Really rude and unhelpful and the manager just hids out the back when you go in to complain
Morrisons doesn't take responsibility even though they name is above the door(we've sold it its nothing to do with us)

Dealt very quickly with a parking ticket when a ticket was issued to me when I had to call an ambulance. Thank you!

Had an issue with the drive through car wash - paid 8.00 and it stopped working after 30 seconds - I sent a complaint for a refund and have to say my dealings with them were outstanding and issue resolved - Thankyou

Charged twice for petrol by my local branch. Saleena in the customer care team was amazing, really helpful, looked into it straight away, resolved it quickly, communication was good throughout and I have received the refund. Much appreciated.

Stewartfield, East Kilbride staff are knowingly selling out of date dunkin donuts and refusing to give refund. I bought a box of donuts a few weeks ago and opened them up and they were full of mould so i called up right away and Omar apologised and said he would give me a refund. Today i have went in and taken a replecement box off the shelf to replace these (i told staff member amir about it and showed him the photos on my phone of the donuts) but he quickly said -"oh you cant have these as they are also out of date" even though they were on the shelf! So 2 different boxes weeks apart are out of date and mouldy!! He then refused to give a refund and said i needed to come back after 1pm and speak to omar, i told him i was on my way to work so wouldn't be able to do that but he didn't offer to give it.

I always get a friendly, well mannered and courteous reception from the staff. They are very good, helpful and willing to spend time with you even though they are always busy doing jobs in the shop.I am happy to buy my fuel here always.

This is a shout out to the staff in the Trowbridge Road garage in Bradford on Avon. This team have endured a lot of things breaking recently and it’s clear that the premises needs (& appears to be getting) investment. However, the staff have remained cheerful, friendly and this is especially true of Oscar. It’s not often I write reviews but his attitude and customer service skills merit the effort. There’s always a personal touch, joyful disposition, and he’s so kind with my kids that they even made him a special drawing today. In a world increasingly digital and self-service, this is what makes a difference, creates community and builds loyalty. Thank you!

(P.s i received 5 star service but I had to take a star off for the premises and low stock situation!)

Excellent Resolution and Customer Service!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Yashwant and the Customer Service Team. A friend of mine recently encountered an issue with a PCN, and after contacting them, I found them to be incredibly helpful and efficient.

I'm pleased to say that my PCN has been cancelled, and the matter has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. The team's patience and prompt action were much appreciated. It's great to see such responsive and effective customer service.

Everyone, people need to stop using this company. Only people that can influence the companies bottom line is the public.

I have noticed lots of reviews are about parking fines and people being over charged for products.

The same has happened to myself, been over charged £8 for a car wash using contactless and trying to get a refund is beyond a joke. How can your card be charged 3 times for a car wash.

Poonam at customers services keeps telling me the refund has been processed and 2 weeks later still no refund. Every time I challenge her, she changes the goal posts.

I have now logged the complaint with my bank this morning and my bank have refunded me straight away. They will then raise a dispute with MFG. The more disputes raised with our banks, the more they will start investigating MFG.

The good reviews people have are about the staff themselves, not MFG. I feel sorry for the team in the petrol stations, they deal with lots of annoyed customers.

Honestly STOP using this company, they obviously have a problem with over charging customers.

I visited the MFG Southall site on Uxbridge Road, which has a Burger King on the same premises, to use the car wash facilities. After waiting approximately 20–30 minutes just to queue, I eventually managed to use the wash bay, spending a fair amount of money on the service. I also spent money at Burger King and at the petrol station.

Despite being a paying customer, I received a £100 parking fine. I challenged it — rightly so — but my appeal was rejected. Since then, I’ve stopped using the facilities entirely. Two of my close friends had similar experiences; they also received fines, challenged them, and were rejected. As a result, they’ve also stopped visiting.

In total, the business has likely lost more in repeat custom from the three of us than they gained from the fines — not to mention the many others I’ve warned on social media. Expecting people to finish washing their car and queuing in under half an hour is unrealistic. On a quiet day, maybe — but otherwise, it’s a complete joke.

Overcharged me by roughly £10. Got 40% battery charge, but they charged me for 60% of the capacity. Used once and never again. Realised the supercharger network is cheaper and easier to use. And they have accurate charging for the amount you actually use. Avoid

Sara at the cottingley hall site is a lovely lady that will brighten up your day & she will provide you with excellent customer service with a smile!

So, I see that there are a lot of negative reviews on here, but I have to say that they were honestly brilliant with me! I went to get my car washed at a Shell garage and the two people in front took ages, so me and my daughter - who was spraying the car for the first time -ended up staying longer than we would have liked and I guess longer than we were supposed to (I hadn't really noted that there was a time limit in the garage since I thought we would only be in and out in a few mins!)

Anyway, got a euro car parks ticket for £100 and was gutted! Went straight to the garage and the nice man behind the desk gave me contact details for Motor Fuel Group.

I first spoke to Anil, who was excellent and said I would be contacted for more details about why I was there etc, and then I received an email from Prabhakar. I sent my receipts and a time stamped photo of us at the car wash etc, and they got the PCN cancelled within a couple of days!!! Thanks guys :-). Raf
