Purchased my Cayman from Mortimers in 2024 and took it back for a full service and MOT. Will and Matt are always great to deal with and have a vast knowledge of the Porsche marque. I cannot recommend them enough. They are very honest and transparent about costs and any jobs that need doing immediately or can wait till next time. As a bonus, if you have to leave your car with them for the day, Billingshurst has some great places to eat and drink!

Having had a poor experience with a couple of other dealers who just didn’t understand that a customer buying a Porsche tends to be a bit more knowledgeable and discerning, it was great to discover Mortimers Prestige. Matt, Will and John are true Porsche enthusiasts who really know their stuff. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole buying process filled you with confidence. There was no pressure to buy, just a great attitude of finding the right car for us. The car needed additional work before collection, and everything was carried out in time and thoroughly explained. We are over the moon with our 987 Boxster S. I will certainly be using them for all of our Porsche needs going forward. If you’re looking for a used Porsche, don’t go anywhere else.

I’ve recently had my Spyder serviced there following an urgent repair due to an electrical issue. Baring in mind I hadn’t used them before, they were quite accommodating to fit me in quickly to diagnose and fix the car. While it was there, they also did a major service on the vehicle which was competitively priced. I had intended to get the main dealer to service it but they were very honest in deciding what did and didn’t need doing. Saved me a lot in the process. I will take the car here from hereon.

Will and Matt were fantastic in accommodating me through the entire journey of my spare key purchase, and fitment of a valved exhaust system to my Porsche. They worked additional time beyond what was quoted to get the job done, and this is testament to their excellent customer service and care. Above all, they are honourable and kind people. I will be coming back to them for other jobs, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Will made the whole buying process very easy. The test drive was very relaxed. The car even though 20 years old, was beautifully presented. Will replaced two slightly cracked rear tyres without even being asked to.

Recently bought a 2004 Porsche (a few months ago). Really good service and both Matt and Will were helpful throughout the process. We opted for the 1 year warranty which I have found to be worthwhile, the indicator switch was faulty. Using the warranty process was both easy and painless. Thanks Matt...good advice!

From purchasing Boxster from Mortimers back in 2022 to them purchasing (sadly just not using vehicle enough) the vehicle back just recently the service has been brilliant.

If you are looking for a used Porsche I would wholly recommend Mortimers, Matt & Will are true Porsche enthusiasts and have always sorted any issues/concerns quickly and efficiently.

If you’re looking for a used Porsche don’t go anywhere else!

Bought a car here and quickly learned their “warranty” is basically useless. When I brought the car in for a warranty repair, they refused to cover it and gave me excuses instead of answers. The mechanic was rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional when I questioned the decision.

Zero accountability, terrible customer service, and a very unpleasant experience overall. I regret trusting this showroom and would not recommend it to anyone.

First class company to deal with. Very easy transaction. Expert Porsche specialist.

I am not the first and will not be the last to sing the praises of Mortimers Prestige. From my initial enquiry to the happy day when I received the keys to my Porsche Boxster everything was as good as it gets. Matt and Will were knowledgeable, friendly and obviously passionate about the Porsche cars they have... and what cars! The quality of the showroom stock they have available made it a most enjoyable experience as you choose from so many 'good as new' examples. Today I am driving a car I never dreamed I would own but I thoroughly recommend you make a trip to Billingshurst in West Sussex. You will not be disappointed. David

This is my second car from Mortimers. Well worth the 470 mile trip. Will and Matt are fantastic, the level of service and customer care is second to none. They only find the best Porsche cars within the UK. Will certainly be back.

Couldn't have wished to find a better dealer! Or car! From the minute we met Matt we felt like we had walked into the right place and this feeling continued throughout the whole process. We loved the car but had to leave it with them to get a new MOT, full service etc and they did everything as promised so when we collected the car it was like new! Absolutely top class people to deal with and they really know their stuff so for us it's simple.....if and when we want to change the car we will go straight back to Mortimers.

I have waited a month after collecting my 2011 Boxster from Mortimers before writing this review. I thought it good to get-to-know the car before hand. I can say the car has been totally flawless, feeling crisp, exciting and thoroughly enjoyable to drive.

The service provided by Mortimers exceeded my expectations, this car is quite a "treat" for me, and they've given me total confidence in how they have checked, prepared and serviced the car before my ownership.
I will certainly be returning to them in a few years for my next car, and can honestly recommend them as an example of excellence.

Go buy a car from them and enjoy life :)

Great service from Matt, Will and the team from start to finish. Made to feel very welcome, on hand to provide advice and support, but never pushy, allowing you to just browse and chat. They are long time Porsche aficionados, have a service centre onsite and offer a good warranty, which is extendable if you want. Love my Boxter. I'm sure we'll be back one day for an upgrade!

I have had the pleasure of picking up my new Boxster S recently. This was made such a highlight by the lovely, professional honest and transparent service from the team at Mortimers. from viewing to drive away a great experience.
Very broad and well presented stock with all the details you would expect. Honest agreements of work needed and that being carried out. A Warranty offering that is comprehensive and good value.
They are a service centre too for Porsche, so have a wealth of knowledge and experience to back things up. Makes for confidence in the purchase.

I bought my 981 Cayman from Mortimers Prestige and Matt was a pleasure to do business with, very professional, made me feel relaxed and well informed, with no pressure, and a realistic valuation on the vehicle that I hoped to trade in. During the test drive, Matt noticed that the aircon' needed improving, I had no idea, but Matt arranged for this to be attended to before I collected the car. The car was superbly presented and looked stunning, and the whole process of purchasing was a straight forward enjoyable experience. I would have no hesitation in driving the two hundred miles again to the dealership, they are really nice people to do business with.

Was an absolute pleasure to purchase our Porsche Caymen from yourselves. From start to finish was a seamless experience.
