Blessed was a great help to me. My salary was on a bonus system which proved a big problem for the mortgage providers. He worked with the providers to find solutions, keeping me in the loop, and helped iron out various problems which arose over the process. I would highly recommend him.

The Estate Agent recommended Blessed from Mortigo. Apparently I was dealing with a Mortgage Broker from another company, and they had already done a lot of work on my behalf and we were now ready to complete the mortgage application form. I advised the Estate Agent and they told me that I didn't have to use Mortigo. I agreed for them to pass my number to Mortigo. Blessed phoned me and I wasn't having a good day and was feeling miserable and could have put him off the way I answered my phone.. Blessed was most Professional and helpful from the beginning, spoke very well, BBC English. smile, He asked me about my budget,he checked affordability and amount I need to borrow. Blessed could quickly work out the Stamp duty on every house price,something I haven't yet mastered. Blessed made everything looked so simple and in no time we were ready to complete the mortgage application. Blessed went above and beyond in his role to help me and he got an rxcellent mortgage deal. I am sorry I wasted the other brokers time but Blessed was the broker for me. I was confident in all the advice Blessed gave to me. He always answered all my questions,approachable,professional,trustworthy, good listener and never looked down on me. I have told friends about Blessed and would recommend him 100% to friends and families. I have never done 100% recommendation and this is the first time.. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Blessed was great with my mortgage, I felt fully supported with advice, kept regularly informed and provided clear consistent explanations. I thought he did so much work for me and was available any time I needed. I've already recommended to multiple people given the quality of service.

Our mortgage application was proving to be highly stressful given that the Bank of England Base rate was changing constantly and lots of pressure with problems with my salary. Jay stayed very late and helped us with short notice requests, securing us a backup rate when our first choice mortgage looked like it was not achievable. Would recommend him to anyone.

After being highly recommended to us through word of mouth, Jay had a big job on his hands! We turned out to be a bit of a challenging case for him, having already pushed the limit of what we could borrow in relation to our salaries, Jay went above and beyond to get the mortgage secured. During the process, we had a few applications pulled from beneath us at the last second. With the current changing of bank’s interest rates, Jay was quick to inform us of any updates, and was transparent in his communications - even into the later hours of the evening. We are wholly confident that our sale would have fallen through without Jay’s help.
