It’s been a long time since I’ve been so professionally treated and well informed, I found them to have integrity and honesty, construction agencies take note!

This is the worst agency I’ve had the misfortune of working through. Incompetent staff, wages are never right or paid on time and no one is honest with you avoid like the plague. I left a great role because I couldn’t put up with the c rap every week.

The move from a canal trust employee to working for them through Morson was fairly simple to navigate through

As a professional software engineer, I only want to hear about vacancies that match my skills and financial expectations. My experience of Morson Group is that they put the effort in before they call or email with details of a position they think will be of interest. That gets instant credibility with me.

In general, everything ran smoothly. However, the enrolment process is rather cumbersome.

Lost documents, multiple DBS checks not required that I had to pay for. Lack of understanding about IR35. Lack of communication about the role, progress of application, progress of onboarding.
Morson are part of Manpower Group and the other agency who I have had problems with (missed and late payments) were also part of Manpower (even worse).
