Sam Walker is excellent. She looked after me from start to finish, and made sure everything with perfect. Couldn't thank her enough.

Had an interview, in person and it’s been over 9 days and still haven’t heard anything. You take time out and use your own fuel so it would be the decent thing to at least update you. Very much ghosted and what a waste of time, effort and money.

They are absolutely fabulous. Everytime I phone or e-mail them they always go above and beyond.
Charlie and Jordan always have been really helpful too.

For the first twenty-two years of my career I’d always been in permanent employment but for the last nine years I’ve been contracting as a self employed Project Manager. During this contracting period of my career, Louise Wardle at Morson Group has been exceptional in supporting my search for a new contract between each of these assignments. Morsons have been one of the biggest suppliers of contracts and most efficient agencies I have worked with. I’ve never had an issue, and that’s from when Phil Evans was chief to Sam Walker. Anyone that claims otherwise must be a bad worker

I have been involved with Morson as a contractor for well over 20 years now, in a number of roles, and on numerous sites throughout the UK. Always been a consistent, focused and fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them.

The great thing in my opinion, is that the recruiter, client, contractor interface is managed perfectly. Good communications. Knowledgeable personnel, and a very human face to it all.

Additionally, from a contractor point of view, you want passing on time. Morson do that whole timesheet/payment management stuff very well. You’re in very capable hands if you are with Morson.

Been with them for almost 2 months, onsite staff respond quickly of general admin request, and helpful.
Slightly lack of employer benefits compared to direct hire, like the quality of safety shoes, prescription safety glasses. and while working on client site, you do feel the difference.
As agency worker, don’t have the contractor benefits either.
But overall experience is good.

For the first half of 2026, I sought the contracts offered by Morson Edge to sustain my re-entry into the UK. What I didn’t expect was the fantastic support provided by my handler, Mr Calogero.

Calo has provided both professional and personal support to a level going far beyond anything I could have expected of a Recruiter.

Through meticulous planning I provided services for two of their clients, allowing me to regain an insight into the British aviation industry whilst earning attractive and consistent pay. After over 30 years of being on morsons books I cant complain about their service and dedication also in my opinion after many many years of being on the circuit probably the most honest with you, only going on my experience with Morson.
Now tha Phil Evans has retired. He left it in very capable hands of Sam Walker, considering she has been juggling aerospace and F1 she does extremely considering the shoes she has to fill.
I look forward to working for them again.

As with all agencies if you call up gobbing off about this or that, and being rude, chances are you'll not have a very nice experience with them. Not saying people gob off life gets in the way jwe all understand that ust when ever ive met someone who's fell out or had bad experiences they have been either rude or loud or both. Though not met anyone in the last 10 years thats had bad experiences with agencies

I have been Morsons some 9 months now. I have nothing but good things to say about working for Morsons. I was helped and guided through the recruitment process by Jordan Collins who has continued to be supportive and helpful and friendly but professional. I feel a lot of gratitude for the way everyone who have dealt with me over my time with Morsons. This is why I need not hesitate to afford them a 5star review.
