Excellent service. Within a week the Monc team located and refurbished a replacement frame that was no longer part of their stock to replace my main pair of glasses when they broke.

My MONC glasses, ten years and counting!
I bought my original MONC glasses over 10 years ago when MONC had just started trading (I only found out that it was that long ago when I visited the MONC shop in Chiltern Street recently because I had dropped my glasses on a hard stone floor and broke them) I was amazed to meet Freddie MONC's founder again, who actually remembered me from all those years ago! Over the years I have had innumerable compliments on my glasses, the green colour and frame style really seemed to appeal to so many people, and so I was horrified when I broke them, mistakenly thinking MONC might have disappeared years ago. It was great to meet Freddie again and to see that my exact frames and colour were still available. Freddie took my broken glasses and said if I could give him half an hour he would have my new glasses ready. What amazing service and such good luck to find MONC thriving and to be able to have my much loved glasses back again. All the very best to MONC and even greater success in the future. Great service…
I visited their stand at the Home & Garden xmas fair at Olympia. Although there wasn't a huge choice, due to only being able to bring a certain amount, what they'did have was great. The optician was so helpful. I was looking at dark rimmed glasses, but as soon as he looked at me he knew what colour would suit my hair and complexion. I made a purchase and within 5 days they arrived. Perfect fit. At my local specsavers where I usually go, I usually have 2 or more visits because the lens or fit aren't right. Very impressed. I have to get used to the different look. But loving them Will definitely return to the shop for my reading gasses
