Very good experience

The worst company in the world. I waited two days for the renewal price, only for them to tell me to do it online.

Would give less, it takes more than twenty minutes to go through anyone, and when you do they are clueless and could not care less, at present I have spent over an hour on the phone just trying to have the correct information against a claim when someone drove into me, they are currently withholding my excess and will not explain why, when you contact their chat, they have 24 hours to respond by email to tell you thank you for your enquiry but please call for details and when you do that takes yet another 20 minutes minimum to get through and then they repeatedly put you on hold while they check, and fob you off so you have to start again the next time you call, very very poor

I had a query about whether my old vehicle was still insured up to buying my new one .
And I got a response really quick and they gave me plenty of reassurance and were very helpful.

There was no problem in what I wanted to do. Took a bit for me to understand but more user error than the site. The cost was also reasonable.

I was disappointed the premium increased due to moving home

So simple and straightforward to make changes to my policy for my new car. Took only minutes to do with nohassle. New premium was less than my current one and a refund of the difference was in my account within a few hours. MOJA set a standard and simplicity of service that others need to learn from. Thank You 👍

Moja Insurance auto renew policy. In my stupid naivity I assumed because Moja could not take payment (Card had expired) That the policy would not auto renew.

So it transpires, that this company not only try to take an admin fee for not auto renewing, they also claim that the policy has renewed, even though you aren't actually covered. Basically this none-cover ticks along in the background pretending that it has been renewed. When eventually this dawns on you, you have to pay not only the £52 admin fee but also for every day that you had none-cover. Total cost £129.19, and I guess I got of lightly.

Thanks Moja, lesson learnt, I wont be using your services again.

Didn't like my insurance going up for changing address thought it would of gone down a bit as I've moved to a nicer area and my car is now kept on a driveway 🤷🏼

Trying to add an additional driver to my cover has been extremely frustrating due to a poorly designed website. After entering the additional driver’s details at least 10 times, the page repeatedly refreshes and sends me back to the top, preventing me from progressing.

On the few occasions it did move forward to the quote stage, I was met with a “Sorry, something went wrong” message. After experiencing this issue three times, I eventually gave up.

Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating user experience.

The payment card associated with my insurance was lost or stolen and therefore cancelled. Weirdly, (because the service is both expensive and poor) I would like to renew my insurance with Moja, and pay in full with my new card. I cannot find how to do it? There is no relevant help. I think it says I can send a message and receive a reply in 8 working days. All I want to do is give them nearly £400. How can I do it? No way of knowing? No one to talk to. Potential customers need to know how difficult it is interacting with fully automated Moja. In short, it is time consuming and frustrating. Can you imagine how difficult it would be to make a claim?

Shocking service. I was given a date to pay my balance which was paid in full on time and they cancelled my insurance anyway. I spoke to someone that was actually helpful on the phone who apologised and accepted that it was Moja's fault and my insurance should not have been cancelled so I will receive a call to sort out getting a new policy and that a complaint has been logged... No call came and I have since been emailed by various different people who blatantly do not read the email threads before responding. Instead, after paying £101 for May and June's insurance, the most recent email I have is that they are going to charge me ANOTHER £6.36 and a £52.50 cancellation fee!! They let me drive to work uninsured unknowingly and then spent a very long time at work on the phone to them and responding to their uniformed emails all day. I have had to now pay again for insurance with another provider. DO NOT use this company, they are up there with the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Made a change to .my insurance policy. Very easy and straightforward via the website.

Easy to do, cannot say much more. Not sure about the name, does it have a meaning ?
