I renewed my house insurance with you…
I renewed my house insurance with you and that was fine and I received my documents and my first direct debit was taken by direct debit from my bank account on the 5th of May., then 2 days later on the 7th may another direct debit was taken from my bank again to Lloyd's bank home insurance for a different amount of money and a different policy number .I know nothing of this and no paperwork. I have spent hours online to Lloyd's bank and made phone calls nothing has been sorted.I am very disappointed. I have been with Lloyd's bank for 60 years and never had a problem before.

Great site fantastic levels of cover
Very easy to use web site. Great levels of cover. Can manage everything on line. After my son had a house fire and although fully insured (£300k claim ) the importance of the right level of cover especially contents was very important to us. The gold level gave us peace of mind
