Moissanite Recensioni

Love my treat, just hope it stays as sparkly

Ordered an engagement ring and its absolutely beautiful. Made in white gold with a princess cut main stone and brilliant cut shoulders. When my daughter receives it she will be thrilled. I love this company, very professional and will answer as many questions as you have. Will be using them again in the future for sure. Don't go to any other company. I have worked with precious gem stones and can honestly say that the grade and clarity of these stones is second to none.

Can’t fault the service, gave us everything we wanted and so much more!!

Thank you so much.

From purchasing to after sales service was simply exceptional.
Thank you all particularly Ellie.

I ordered a bespoke ring to propose with, and Ellie and the team were super helpful, offering advice, giving constant support and made it a very simple process. Give them all a raise, they deserve it!

Brilliant service, what more can I say other than I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 👍

A wonderful ring absolutely gorgeous I will definitely back to buy again.

So I've tried to order 3 times from this company. 1st order was paid for and invoiced, I hadn't had a dispatch notification so contacted them to be told the item I wanted wasn't available. No alternative offered. Order cancelled.
Once I'd got my money back tried again for a different item. Again they took my money, invoiced only to come back and say the item wasn't available. They cancelled again, no alternative offered. Waited for my money back tried again for yet another item, they took my money, invoiced me, got a dispatch notification. Yay! Looked at the invoice attached to it item being dispatched is 9ct gold I bought and was originally invoiced for 18ct gold. Contacted the company and got this reply '
We could not supply the Earrings at the price you paid for 18ct which is why the Order was changed to 9ct, even at the price you paid you have still had them cheaper than what they are supposed to be. If you do not want the Earrings then you are welcome to send them back.

I have looked at your previous orders and for some reason the price you pay is always incorrect. Below is a list of your account.'

I'm really not sure what kind of Mickey mouse company this is but I can only recommend to steer well clear, if you do make an order and happen to actually get an item sent I'd have it professionally checked for authenticity as they seem to think it's perfectly okay to send you what ever they feel like.

Great service from the team and the quality is outstanding

Beautiful ring, delivered promptly. They said yes which is a resounding review in my book.

Quick and easy process and the ring is lovely!! Guilt free sparkly gems without the negative environmental and human impact.

I have just received a half eternity starlight moissanite ring in white gold (1 carat - 10 stones). It looks lovely - sparkling in sunlight or artificial light. The way in which colours are dispersed by the moissanite stones makes diamonds look dull by comparison. I have several real diamond rings with good sized stones but none compare with the way this ring sparkles. One ring that does compare is my previous moissanite purchase about a year ago - a trilogy baguette style ring which was made up to my own specification. It too is lovely.

Fantastic service. They replaced the band of my ring. Quick and easy to deal with. Received it back today and they have made a fantastic job of this repair. Well packed in a beautiful wooden box.

Great communication with the sales team fast delivery process, very attentive to my needs. The ring is beautiful would definitely recommend them

Absolutely stunning my moissanite angagement ring 💍 😍
So beautiful
Thank you

Bought a 2ct Moissanite ring as a present for my wife & its absolutely stunning. Highly recommend & unbelievably packaged

A beautiful and well made ring which exceeded my expectations. The stone is absolutely beautiful (and so mesmerising) and the setting is well made. The pictures online do not do it justice whatsoever.

I am so pleased I made this purchase as it makes me smile.

This was the second time I have ordered from them and boy I was never more impressed by the customer service at a jewellery shop. Affordable prices, excellent quality and best of all actual people answering the live chat.

My husband was looking for an eternity ring for me and I directed him to this website. With the amount of choice he was faced with, he passed the decision to me. I eventually picked a 7 stone, 1ct , half eternity ring. It arrived, beautifully presented and totally, totally amazing. The sparkle from this ring is just outstanding and looks the business with my wedding ring and trilogy moissanite engagement ring. True value for money and fantastic service.
