Order wasn’t recieved
I haven’t RECIEVED my order and was told to take it with my bank worst company ever don’t order from here. They gave another customer a refund but they refuse to give me a refund!!!

We have now raised a claim with Royal Mail as you have reported you have not received the package. Updates will follow on the investigation via Royal Mail.

I have two pieces of jewellery from…my moissanite experience
I have two pieces of jewellery from moissanite.co.uk and I love them both. My husband purchased a bespoke 3 carat engagement ring and recently a 4carat tennis bracelet. Louise and Ellie are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are coming back for a pendant in the new year. I purchased a ring year's ago that was sold as a diamond. It was beautiful and had so much sparkle. I went into a jewellery store to have it appraised only to find out it was moissanite. That is how durable and beautiful a moissanite truly is. When you purchase moissanite you not only get something beautiful but you save our precious environment from being dug up in search of diamonds.

Louise at Moissanite made the purchase of a bracelet for my wife very easy, and was always available to answer questions and help in any way she could.

Great experience from start to finish! Online staff Louise couldn’t be more helpful and arranged for the ring I chose to have a different shank on for the same price. The ring itself goes far beyond my expectations, it is truly beautiful.
