Hi Andrei
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was placed on 8 October and was dispatched the same day via our express FedEx service. An attempted delivery was made on 10 October, however no one was available to receive the parcel. FedEx reattempted delivery on Monday and it was successfully delivered.
We always work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but once a parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery scheduling is managed by them. Unfortunately, delays caused by missed delivery attempts are outside of our control.
We feel it is unfair to receive a one-star review for a situation that was not caused by our actions, as we fulfilled our part of the order promptly, in good faith, and have no influence over FedEx.
Despite this, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and if you do require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Best regards,
The MOGO Team

Hi Mustafa,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
After checking the tracking details, we can see that FedEx attempted delivery five times at different times of the day, but unfortunately, the parcel couldn’t be delivered and no redelivery was arranged. Our customer service team also emailed you on 22 September to offer assistance, but we didn’t receive a response.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and would really like to put things right. Please get in touch with our customer service team so we can review your case and discuss the delivery charge further.
Best regards,
The MOGO Team

Hi Mr Adani
Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that on this occasion a delivery notification was not sent, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We are currently implementing a new delivery notification system to ensure customers receive clearer updates going forward.
While we are always looking to improve, we do feel that a 1-star review is not a fair reflection of the overall service or quality we provide. Nonetheless, your comments have been noted and will help us continue improving our processes.
Best regards,
The MOGO Team

Hi Abdul,
We’re disappointed to see such an unjust and dramatic 1-star review, especially considering the situation. Your email was sent over the weekend, and as clearly stated on our website and contact pages, we are not open on Saturdays or Sundays!
We take customer service seriously and would never ignore a genuine query. Had you waited until our next working day (Monday), you would have received a timely response as always.
We are more than happy to either exchange or refund the item – no issue at all – and had you given us the opportunity to respond during business hours, this could have been resolved without frustration on either side.
We ask that you reconsider this review, as it does not fairly reflect our service or willingness to help.

Hi Ahmad,
We’re genuinely disappointed to receive this review, and are unsure why you felt the need to give us 1 star, as we take customer service very seriously and believe that our team did everything possible to assist you at the time.
When you reported a missing delivery, we promptly investigated and were able to provide tracking and a proof of delivery photo. Our team advised you to check with neighbours in case Royal Mail had left it nearby as that is common when customers are not in to receive their orders.
We also clearly stated that if the parcel couldn’t be located, to not hesitate to contact us again so we could help resolve the issue. As we never heard back, we reasonably assumed the parcel had been found.
If this isn’t the case, we’re still happy to assist—please get in touch so we can look into it further.
Best regards,
Team MOGO

Hi Nathan,
Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear the product didn’t meet expectations. While we’re glad it arrived quickly, we understand the importance of it performing as advertised.
The adhesive is designed for clean, smooth glass surfaces — but if it’s not sticking as it should, we’d be happy to help troubleshoot or offer a refund or replacement.
Please get in touch with our support team and we’ll get this resolved for you.
Best regards,

Risposta di Mogo
Hi Matthew,
We’re really sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your purchase. We always aim to provide quality products at fair value, so it’s frustrating to hear the window mount didn’t stick as expected.
Adhesion issues can sometimes be caused by surface conditions, but regardless, we want to make it right.
Please reach out to our customer service team — we’d be happy to arrange a return or refund.
Thanks for your feedback,
Team MOGO
