Easy free parking and entrance. Friendly staff and really helpful vet who even offered to help me back to the car with my loaded cat carrier.

All of the vets I’ve seen are very friendly, they have been great with both my cats. They are understanding and knowledgeable. They also have a good sense of humour especially when special diets are not quite going according to plan at home!

Love the fact that this is an independent vet practice, something hard to find nowadays. Love the multiple locations and full range of services offered

I use MK Vet Group over 20 years with my dogs and in my opinion they are by far the best general veterinary practice with a vast variety of expertise. We love Romina and unless an emergency will always see her even if we have to drive an hour to eg the Bletchley branch. She is an absolute star with my dogs and will always take the time to talk me through all treatment options. I can’t recommend her highly enough and MK Vets overall.

Very easy to get an appointment. Very polite and helpful staff . And some very good advice from the vet who was extremely professional and friendly.

Jan Pain is Trudys favourite vet. Jan is so gentle with Trudy, we went for the yearly booster and I don't think Trudy realised that she had received it as she never flinched.

Reception Staff and Vets are always friendly, professional and caring towards our dog(s).
We recently had to say goodbye to our precious pointer Ruby after a fatal accident and all the caring staff made a devastating day a little less difficult - thank you.

This practise always offers a really caring service. They are kind and considerate. I have used them for years and years. From the receptionist, to the nurses and the vets. All marvellous. I always try to book my pet with the same nurse as she is marvelous with my cat and goes the extra Mile. Overall a great practise.

I'm always impressed by the care provided by the staff at the practice. This appointment was no exception, with a thorough examination of my pet.

My Cavalier was suffering from recurring ear infections and we have seen many vets over the last 4 years. At one appointment we saw the vet Ade who suggested a new type of ear drops we've never been offered before. This is the first time my dog has had clear ears and has been able to hear properly. I cannot thank Ade enough for her advice and the care that she gives to my dog.

The practice is professional - everyone seems to know what they are doing and are friendly.

I feel I like to leave comment however that the entire area is very busy and chaotic with loud noises which are not easy on all pets ( especially cats) . A little more harmony, nice calming music on the background to keep all pets calm would go a long way.

We saw a lovely young female vet who was very calm with our cat.
The vet was welcoming, informative. She had a lovely friendly way with both us and Frank.
I have always been pleased with the vets we have seen before but the vet yesterday was lovely.
