Always friendly staff and the vets take time with our dog as they know he is nervous. Professional, friendly and would definitely recommend.

Milton Keynes Veterinary Group is an independent vet practice that you can trust. Our pets have been looked after by them for over 20 years, and have always received personalised care and support. Highly recommended if you want a genuine relationship with those who look after your pets.

My visit to Stony Stratford surgery was only for Gus’s annual jabs but although the surgery was quite full with several other dogs, the seating is arranged in such a way that there is plenty of separation. Callum attended to Gus and he was very gentle and professional throughout and offered good advice too.

I was really impressed by the way the vet dealt with my cat as he was very stressed and likely to lash out. Everything was very calm and not hurried. We had a good conversation about a number of issues related to his health, and I felt the vet was happy to take the time to talk things through, and offered advice which no previous vet had given. I feel confident about returning to this practice after having had not such great experiences at other veterinary practices in Milton Keynes. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff prepared to adapt to a nervous dog and make the appointment work.

Whether attending the Stony or Walnut tree branch the staff are always polite, accommodating and all vets are easy going and explain everything clearly and in detail.
A visit is never an unpleasant experience, although my hound may well beg to differ as he is always at the sharp end, either having items removed from his body or sometimes inserted!

Having three dogs, there is always something to do looking after them.

Fortunately, when it comes to the health and well-being of my small gang, I can always rely on MK vets to be there for them.

Very happy with the way my little dog was treated, he can be reactive but calmed down with Vet, wrapping him in a towel helps enormously and is very comforting for him,

Vet took time to reassure my dog during her routine vaccinations and gave us good advice. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Vaccinations are built into the surgery's Pat Plan, so spreads the cost throughout the year.

Betsy is a challenging dog and the vets are excellent with her and very understanding and do their best to try and put her at ease .I have always had very good service and have used them for years

I can’t recommend the Stony Stratford practice enough!! Fantastic reception team and the Vet I saw was absolutely fantastic. My cat Jess is very skittish and scared of strangers. I was dreading the health check up and vaccination but the Vet who saw us will from now on be known as the Cat Whisperer! She was literally amazing!! Thank you for making Jess so at ease and calm during this visit. Awesome!!

Annual vaccination for both our cats and as usual, excellent service though I’m sure if you asked the cats they would say it’s traumatic!!!
After 10 years the service is still the same and we are very happy.

Sadly, I would NOT recommend MKVG, whilst there's some incredibly special people working for this company, they are seriously failed by the management's disregard for adhering to company procedures and just treating people with empathy and respect.
The management team only seem to be reachable via a shared mailbox or a message from a team member.
Absolutely disgusting.

We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Molly is at ease with everyone. I have been coming to the practice for many years now. Everything is explained to us and I feel very reassured. Everyone has time to spend, which means a lot especially if I am feeling concerned.

It’s always a 5 star experience at MK Vets in Stony Stratford. They’re a great team there, very knowledgeable & also very friendly & good with the animals.

All the staff were friendly, caring and you didn’t feel rushed.

This is the 2md visit to Whaddon. I use to use Stony and Walnut tree for emergencies. I do prefer Whaddon. It's small but welcoming and as I have a very shy cat, it puts me at ease and it's not too noisy for her. I've never had to wait long to be seen. The downside and this is of all vets, it's so expensive!
