Delivery was great, the rest not so good
Delivery was great, I am not that impressed with the towels I purchased, they had threads hanging off them from poor finishing which was disappointing. Bed linen is ok but you can get the same quality cheaper elsewhere for sure. I run a commercial laundry and tried this linen out for some customers but sadly will not be purchasing at this price point again as it is simply overrated. I am sure the higher end items would be better but for me it was a poor experience apart from delivery time.

Wonderfully comfortable
I have bought bed linen from Mitre several times before the order arrives quickly and the sheets are wonderfully comfortable and wash well.

Lovely good quality bedding and pillows…
Lovely good quality bedding and pillows ,first encountered whilst on holiday and have bought the feather pillows ever since. I have tried other brands but no match for these. I've purchased sheets, bed cushions, etc and have found the quality and prices always good. The delivery is fast. No problems at all.

Quality of product
We have been buying mitre towels around 20 years ago for our business. They lasted a very long time.
The towels which you are still calling luxury savanna, which we’ve ordered now for private use are nowhere near the same quality anymore.
You’re saying up to 1000 thread? They’re not though.
