I have used Mitchells of Lowestoft for over 10 years and have received excellent help and advice on the Motability cars I have had plus the excellent service on the maintenance of them.

This is the 2nd new captur we have bought from Mitchell’s and 3rd car in all. Andy Duffield in sales is extremely helpful and not at all pushy and guided us through the process very professionally. We had the first new car 3 years and had no problems and hopefully the same this time and even if we do I have no doubt that it would be sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend Mitchell’s for your new or secondhand car.

A fabulous Renault dealership with great staff. Jonathan Kent in Sales was exemplary. Quite a different experience to some of the other larger dealerships we've dealt with in the past. Our search for a new Renault Clio E-Tech Hybrid Launch Edition meant a two hour journey each way just to view the car. Brilliant service, all identified queries sorted out quickly, with bits and pieces resolved afterwards as well. Thanks again to Jonathan Kent and also a special mention to Mark Foster in Parts. I've thrown away the accessory catalogue now, for fear of spending too much money! Recommended.

Andrew the service manager is extremely helpful understanding sensible reasonsble friendly and sociable. He made sure that he could arrange to sort out an unexpected unusual noise on the steering rack of my driving instructor clio which is still under manufacture warranty in good time before a pupils test. I can't speak anymore highly enough about him. Nothing is too much trouble.

This is our 4th new car from Mark at Mitchell’s and our daughter bought one of their used cars as well. Always excellent, friendly and honest service from the whole team. Highly recommend.

Incredible service from Mitchell’s Gt Yarmouth. We’d traveled 7 hours to holiday on the Broads but halfway our dashboard lit up like a Xmas tree and handbook advice was drive to the nearest dealer (Motorvogue Kings Lynn who refused to even look at the car). We drove on to Mitchell’s who were just brilliant despite having cars already on the ramps.
Checked us over and ran a quick diagnostic to give us peace of mind for our return journey. Absolutely sympathetic to our plight. Wish we lived nearby so we could use them as our regular dealer. This is exactly what great customer service should be.

I was very happy with the help I received from Mark in purchasing my new car.
He was helpful, talked me through everything I needed to do and what was going to happen.
He kept me updated on the progress of my car and when I would be getting it.
I am so pleased with my Duster brilliant car.

I have recently purchased a new Dacia Duster, apart from the vehicle being great and fantastic value for money for a vehicle in it's class, Mitchells did a wonderful job in looking after me throughout the process. Jamie, the salesman knows what he's talking about and is easy to deal with and he's straight talking, no waffle and won't try to baffle you with anything and I found him trustworthy. Mitchells as a garage are very good. They are extremely helpful

Excellent service and attention to detail on purchase of car.

I have recently bought a used car from Mitchells. I was somewhat nervous about paying for a car that I hadn’t actually seen, but I dealt with Mark who even helped me on his day off, sent me a video of my new car, and has been so very helpful throughout.
I travelled over 3 hours to collect my car, and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff.
My only complaint is that I live too far away to use Mitchells to get my car serviced there!

Excellent service yet again at Mitchells. Communication to me is most important, and when somebody says they are going to call, I expect them to! Craig Emblem called and provided updates regularly when he said he would. He’s always polite and goes the ‘extra mile’ When I arrived to collect my car, the things I had requested had been done; I can’t fault them. I would highly recommend Mitchells to family and friends 😁

This is the first time I have bought a car without seeing or test driving what I was buying. I knew what I wanted and Andy at Mitchell’s was confident he could source exactly to my specifications. Andy was very laid back, easy to deal with, but also knowledgeable, he did not disappoint. He also stuck to his word, rang when he said he would, told me what would happen next and when, good communication, which is very important to me. The new Captur was all he said it would be. Seems like a world away from my 2014 model, the shape looks great, inside is so much better, the dash and the large screen is fab, I love it. Everything was arranged timely, and all went smoothly. I look forward to dealing with Mitchell’s again.

Bought a Vauxhall vivaro off of Chris’s and couldn’t be happier with it. Excellent salesman and a genuine guy. 100% honest about the van and a very fair price. Definitely recommend

This is the fifth car that Mitchell’s have supplied for me, which sums up how satisfied I am with them. A special thanks to Mark for everything he did in getting me my second Kadjar.

My only disappointment is that because of COVID-19 I was unable to see the rest of the friendly staff.
