Over the last few weeks we have spoken daily, and she has made us feel as if we are the only clients she has (when I know behind the scenes she is ultra busy). She has kept her cool with a very difficult solicitor lower down the chain, and has remained upbeat when we have felt victims of the housing market system. From the first viewing right through to completion, Brooklyn was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every step. And off-course excellent communication throughout the process.

Undertaking conveyancing is a stressful time and it needs knowledgeable and dedicated folks to navigate it all. Minors and Brady were one the ball the whole way and we cannot fault their service. We particularly welcomed the weekly call to update us, even if there was very little to report - it was this detail in their service that mattered.

An incredible 5 star experience from start to finish. Moving house hasn’t been an easy decision for our family but from the second we met Joseph who valued our home we knew we had made the right decision in choosing this estate agent. The whole team at the Diss branch have been incredible at dealing with the many viewings we had in a short space of time. Each member of the team was friendly and professional and was always ready to give me advice along the way to help sell our home. Then just when you couldn’t be happier with the service we were passed to Jasmine in the after sales team who really is a massive asset to the company. I can’t thank her enough for all her support and genuine care for us. Jasmine was always in touch with updating me ant every step and I never felt I was bothering her with my queries. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and yes we experienced lots of stress but hands down Minors and Brady made this experience a lot easier to deal with, I would highly recommend them!
