Personal hygiene.
Good stock and good service however the gentleman that was helping me had such an unpleasant smell, it was intoxicating with no way to avoid it to the point where I can taste it in my own mouth! Hand were dirty too it even made my item feel dirty I had to clean it with a wipe when I got home. Personally hygiene in a store is so important. I just feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with it all day.

I dropped in for advice regarding walking boots that I purchased from the store several years ago which cause pain in my toes when walking down steep hills. Sarah was very understanding and her advice was very helpful.

Great deal and good customer service
I went to Millets looking for a pair of hiking shoes and I was really lucky to find the one I wanted on clearance for half price. Sarah was great as she explained to me how the Goretex technology works (which is something I was looking for in the shoes but I didn’t know how it worked), she also provided me with some socks I could use for trying the shoes and she explained well Millets refund policy if needed. Happy customer here :)

Very good assistant; Sarah. Offered help but was not overbearing. Displayed good product knowledge. Although I was initially just browsing, I ended up buying high end walking boots and a Champ Swiss Army knife partly due to the competitive pricing and partly due to good service
