Jo was fabulous , we were looking at coats and Jo offered advice and help and directed to the actual coat we needed. Quickest most efficient shopping trip with my son in a long time. Thank you .

We popped in on a Sunday to quickly browse the sales for bits and bobs for my son’s residential trip next week. Although it was minutes until closing, Liam was very welcoming, patient and helpful and even went into the stockroom in search of a coat size we needed. I live in London but I’ll definitely be back for a visit to Millets and Liam’s expertise the next time I’m in Woking.

Liam greeted me and my grandson with a smile and asked if help was needed. The music was irritating my grandsons ears(he is autistic) and Liam turned the music off on his own accord. Help was given to me to ensure a correct fit by letting me try another layer under the coat I was buying. Liam was very helpfull and I wish all people in a customer facing role were as polite, cheerful and accommodating.

Hannah really looked after me on Saturday morning, was patient with all my trying on and gave good advise. I had been into 3 other shoe shops that morning and left due to no service. Millets got my business due to Hannah’s excellent customer service.

I always go to this store if I’m looking for outdoor items. Today I went for some new walking boots/shoes. I was undecided and Sarah was excellent giving advice and very patient! Sarah was very knowledgeable and friendly. Decided on Merrell shoe.

Sarah provided great in depth advise on multiple camping items. I am much obliged and do recommend this shop for all out door activities.
