Went to get new shoes
Went to get new hiking boots for the season, was recommended new trails and was given the name of a site for other trails by Aria, very good customer experience would go again.

Buying hiking boots, not my favourite chore. Always go to Millets TW, for their expertise and seemingly endless patience and determination that you will leave with a pair of boots that's just right for you.

Bought a couple of things (inc waterproof walking shoes) plus returned something bought online and received excellent, friendly and helpful service (Jonah).
