Exchanged a pair of Berghaus Hillwalker boots,originally purchased in Blacks canterbury.
Not in stock at Blacks tun.wells so redirected to Milletts on Camden rd.
Received much friendlier and more helpful,patient service here. The staff member concerned,Jonah,was a credit to the company and put me in a good,relaxed mood as i tried various sizes on. Customer service as it should be !,

Bought some ladies boots for my partner and was served by Sam at Millets in Tunbridge Wells. What a spot on bit of service pretty rare to the often experienced indifference nowadays at some retailers. He was welcoming, helpful, patient and polite. We bought the product after trying many alternatives. It was a pleasurable experience and Millets are fortunate to have a great member of staff like him.

Jonah was very helpful when I decided to pop in to millets to check what walking boots they had. His patience and friendliness made it easy to decide to buy some boots I tried on.
