A very nice shopping experience! William was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will certainly be going back to buy a few more wonderfully costed items.

Jade, Will and Leanne were the best shop assistants I’ve encountered. They went out of their way to make sure that what I was considering actually suited my purposes. Nothing was too much trouble or took too much time. I was happy with my purchases. Definitely recommend for amazing customer service.

The waterproof coat o bought is just what I needed. And it was in the

Breezed into store on a wet Sunday, looking for just the right Rucksack. Doug showed me the well stocked display and encouraged me to take my time and make a choice. A great Value OEX Vallo wa my choice. My after thought was walking trousers. Doug made the spacious changing room available and a few minutes later I was the happy owner of well priced Brasher trousers. :-)

Zach & Doug are a credit to the company. Big friendly & professional hello when arriving. Knowledgable and informative help while in the shop with a happy and relaxed attitude which made me feel comfortable with parting with my hard earned money. Will be back!

Super helpful staff - great advice and not at all pushy - spot on!!

Arrived at 3.45pm on Sunday - millets shuts at 4pm! Jade and Doug were super helpful and stayed late so we could find the right boots for my son. Job done by 4.15pm - phew!

What excellent service! I needed a pair of gloves today, and the friendly service and excellent knowledge of the lady in there was so refreshing. Being a disabled Veteran, the service I received was second to none. She fulfilled my request and offered the best treatment. Thank you Millets Penzance.

I returned a pair of walking shoes, as they weren't waterproof after wearing them for three months on the SW coast path in dry conditions.
It just took grass that had been soaked in dew, to realise I was getting wet feet!
I was served in the PZ store by Leanne, who was very helpful and found an exact replacement pair of walking shoes.
Not only that, she recommended a reproofing kit for my walking shoes and even suggested one that didn't give off a strong smell when applied.
It's nice to know that when you need advice on a particular product, there is an assistant who can help you.

Great all round friendly team, I was served by Gina and the Manager, they really went out of their way to help me. Ordered a jacket on line which wasn’t in stock.

Fantastic service as always in this branch. The product I needed was available at a competitive price and the knowledge about the product, given by multiple members of the team, was really useful. It’s without a doubt the best place in the local area for outdoor gear.

William was incredibly helpful knowledgable about the products and patient

William spent time and considered the reasons why I struggle to find suitable walking shoes and particularly age related problems with reaching laces. I would never have considered looking a children’s boots. Very grateful.
