Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff. Needed some hiking socks and the ones I wanted came in sizes 6-8 or 9-11. Of course I’m an 8.5 … allowed me to try them on and then found a second pair of the 6-8s out back once I had decided what the best fit was

First walking boots.
Went to look for my first pair of walking boots, all the staff were approachable and friendly. Excellent advice and so came away very happy with my purchase.

Impeccable service from the Ipswich branch
The Ipswich branch were incredibly helpful. I bought a Berghaus jacket on line but it was too small. I rang the Ipswich branch of Millets. They did not have a larger jackret in stock but suggested I bring in the one I had and they would return it and get me a new one which they did. Excellent service.

Just been to Millets for the first time…
Just been to Millets for the first time in years.
We are off to the Lakes next week and I needed some waterproofs.
The salesman, Rich, was very helpful. They had a very wide range at good prices. I was able to try them on and with the option to bring back if not happy then there’s nothing to dislike.
A great experience around.

Excellent service!
I have shopped here several times, and each time am impressed by the product options and the incredible service. Most recently, I was assisted by Jess, who was knowledgeable and patient with my questions, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed within a reasonable budget. Definitely recommend this store for any outdoor gear!
