I have been shopping for gloves for months as I suffer with reynards and in the last two weeks i have visited millets twice. I was served on both occasions by an incredible sales assistant who took so much care over my délibérations. It was like old-fashioned customer service where the staff properly care and have excellent product knowledge. She was patient and thoughtful. You would never have this experience online. Thank you so much.

As ever the manager Richard was very helpful and friendly.
Better prices than online retailers or Sport Direct (and tidier too!)
Very happy with the purchase of sealskinz waterproof gloves and hat, and a neck gaiter from behind the till.
A great shop with quality products, right in Ipswich town centre!

Purchased a pair of Merrill Accentor3 Goretex walking shoes (that I have had previously). My previous pair lasted many years & hundreds of walking miles, before the soles have just worn down.
Richard showed me how to tie my laces in such a way to stop movement of my foot within the shoe. I have a wide foot & these shoes are perfect which is why I’ve bought exactly the same brand/style again.

I went in some weeks ago looking to purchase a new coat. I was helped by a lady (I believe Tess) who was both courteous and immensely knowledgeable. She was patient while I bombarded her with questions and was able to answer all of them. After discussing with her I ended up purchasing a coat, a purchase which immensely satisfied. Millets Ipswich should be proud of the excellent service they provide!

The lady who served me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Whilst dealing with me she was also serving another customer and responding to enquiries from colleagues, but this did not phase her or cause her to lose focus on any of us.

First class service. I was able to phone the shop directly (no mass of “press 1…” etc or a call centre) and check items were in stock. I then visited the store and collected airbeds at a great price.

I was greeted by Jess who was very welcoming and showed me different options available for what I was buying. The shop had a big discount which was lovely, and everyone there made me feel very comfortable :)

Thank you for the great service today. Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options available. Furthermore, none of the usual sales pressure that puts me off shopping!

Fantastic service. Richard helped us for nearly 3 hours finding the perfect walking boots, giving great tips and advice for finding a good fit and how to properly care for them.

It was new years day and I was expecting everywhere to be closed not this shop and ot saved my mother in law and she lost her stick and couldn't get around the staff where amazing and found what I needed very quickly

Excellent personal service received at Millets, Ipswich.

Richard must have spent a total of 30 minutes on three separate occasions giving benefit of his extensive knowledge of walking shoes/boots which helped me decide which would best suit my requirements.
