Johnny went above and beyond when I said I was looking for a certain type of back pack. It wasn’t on the shelf but he remembered there was one left out back and managed to find it for me! The staff are always friendly and always happy to help

We met Millie when we were shopping for a rucksack, and was about to leave the shop when she asked us how she could help. We explained what we were looking for, and she said she might have something that they did not have room to display in the shop… the rucksack (2 of them) she showed us were exactly what we were looking for.. we bought both..

Great service from Archie and Millie on a Sunday morning. Very knowledgeable about the products (walking boots) from both a brand and personal perspective. So rather than buy an OK pair in the sale they made sure I got a decent deal on another much better pair, good for me good for the store - thank you for spending the time.
