Millets - Barnstaple Recensioni 

I popped in a few weeks ago to pick up a tent, roll mat and sleeping bag.
I made a beeline for one of the assistants in the shop knowing full well I would need help. Mitch was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
It was like having a personal shopper.
I can safely say that the tent stayed dry and the sleeping bag was warm but unfortunately the self inflating roll mat was a bit uncomfortable and I kept slipping off it but I will pop back in and get a better one before my next trip.
Great service.

Jeremy and Mitch were extremely helpful on finding the right walking boot for me and for my budget..

With the great offer on walking boots and being a good price, I bought 3 pairs of walking boots..

Jeremy and Mitch were absolutely brilliant and when asked for information on a product they were both extremely helpful, but not pushy to make a sale…

We have used Millets several times over the years and the staff in Barnstaple have always been helpful. I have had some Scarpa walking boots from the store which repeatedly split and each time the Manager Rob has been very customer focused and helpful and i have been given replacements. Our recent visit was on July 6th 2024 and Rob was very helpful and pleasant a credit to Millets so much so that my husband also bought a new pair of walking boots.

I wanted a new pair of walking boots after seeing them on line. I prefer to try them on so went into Millets in Barnstable. Mitch the salesman couldn’t have been more helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The store is welcoming and we didn’t feel rushed. Mitch is a credit to your company. Would thoroughly recommend a visit to the store.

I was served by Jeremy this morning who was extremely helpful and accommodating by letting me remove the insoles in the boots I tried on, to allow me to insert my medical orthotics to make sure my choice of footwear would be correct.
