Mifsuds Photographic Recensioni

Matt was very helpful over a number of weeks via email with my enquires. I visited the shop to view an item which ultimately, I did purchase. Genuine personable team in-store, great customer service, nothing was too much and even gave me a free gift as I was leaving. Despite it being a 300 mile round trip for me, I would return in a heartbeat. One to trust & highly recommended. Thank you.

Have been using Mifsuds for more than 10 years, always find them professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, had a Nikon lens for sale, paid top price and transferred the money immediately, Marvellous Marvellous Experience 👍

As on previous occasions, Matt was really helpful and efficient. The whole process of selling used equipment to them was quick, efficient and painless, from making first enquiry to receiving the money in my bank account was just a few short days later. I can recommend Mifsuds to all, both for selling to and buying from.

Asked for a quote on Wednesday to trade in four lenses. Had a response within one hour. Posted next morning and delivered to Mifsuds on Friday morning. Cash in bank Saturday morning. Frequent emails to update me on progress. Very happy with price paid and outstanding service.

100% above and beyond excellent service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff and all round excellent service.
Thank you to Matthew for his wisdom and help with Hasselblad.
I could not recommend them more highly.

Matt was really helpful and friendly from the moment I entered the shop. As an amateur, I had no clue what I was really looking for and Matt provided me with the guidance I needed to make an informed decision on equipment best suited to me without feeling pressured. There’s a huge range of equipment to rent, as-well as purchase and all at really great prices. Highly recommend!!

The fourth time that I've hired and bought equipment from Mifsuds now over a period of years. It's a two hour round trip for me to get there, but it's so worth it! Matt and his team are absolutely second to none. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, highly knowledgeable - things are priced very fairly in my opinion. What more could you want! A perfect example of an honestly run, quality, privately owned camera & equipment store. Thank you so much again Matt & team!!

Whenever I've used Mifsuds, whether it be for buying, selling or exchanging camera gear, I've always found them to be knowledgaeable, pleasant to deal with - and fair.

Found the shop when walking around Brixham, ended up only purchasing a bag but it could easily have been much more. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff, who still take the time to have a chat without forcing the sales at you. Will definitely be doing business with them again some time

Wow, excellent experience here! Lovely member of staff, made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. As an enthusiastic amateur, I was nervous about not knowing exactly what I wanted, but the lovely gentleman was neither pushy nor patronising. Huge range of equipment and very good prices, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Totally recommended!

Thanks, Binoculars arrived safely and nicely packaged this morning.

Very pleased with the item and the promptness of delivery.

I have just traded-in a significant Nikon camera lens. Mifsuds were totally professional in all aspects. They offered a reasonable price, arranged transportation and paid immediately on receipt. Exceptional service!

I have just purchased a used Canon 5D IV from Mifsuds. The service I received from Matthew was excellent and all my questions were answered in full. The camera was as described Mint-, just like new and delivered the next day. I will not hesitate to use Mifsuds again.

Impeccable customer service. My daughter's camera developed a fault, and without quibble, Mifsuds sent a replacement camera body to her within 24 hours. My daughter is away at university and this amazing gesture enabled her to keep on track with her film photography assignment. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

I bought a 2nd hand grip for my Mamiya RB67. Apart from a fantastic price, I was impressed with how quickly the item was dispatched and the excellent communication from Mifsuds. Highly recommended.

I have just traded in some of my photography equipment. I received excellent service and a fair price. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I look forward to continuing business in the future.

Excellent service. Ordered one day received the next. Item as described.

I bought a second hand canon lens from them but when I got home there was a small fault with it. Phoned them up and they said no problem please come back and we will sort it. Went back and they exchanged it for almost new one in mint condition and still in its factory bag in the box. Result, very happy. Its just a bit out of the way to get to but worth it, Also Brixham has a brilliant fish and chips shop in the harbour!!

Found Mifsuds advertised in the Royal Photographic Society Journal and with some fellow members speaking well of them.
The few dealings I have had to date have been exceptional. Speed and efficiency in all aspects of service have been among the best I have experienced. Thank you Matthew.

I have been dealing with Mifsuds for over 15 years and over the time, have bought and exchanged cameras and lenses as I have upgraded.
I have found the service offered very helpful and Matt has always given me a fair price on part exchanges.
