Yet again, Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture has excelled in their service and reliability. Nothing is too much trouble and they keep you updated throughout the process. Quality product at a competitive price with the customer service to back it all up.

When we first bought some Garden furniture from them a few years ago I felt the service was excellent. I have contacted them again today to seek help sourcing replacement parts and once again the service has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend Midland highly enough.

We are so pleased with our beautiful garden furniture, it was exactly what I “tried” to describe to Darren. I couldn’t find the specific full set with the fabric cushions I wanted anywhere, but Darren knew exactly what the fabric was and managed to source it all!

I have been amazed by the fantastic service by MG& C and Darren, Jemma & Rory’s help and attention to detail throughout. If only all companies were like this.

Great service from start to finish, initial contact with Darren with many questions and nothing was too much trouble. Kept updated with installation information by Jemma and they did exactly what they said they would. A great company to deal with. The installation team lead by Maciek (Magic) and John extremely friendly and very tidy, left no debris. Would have no hesitation in recommending for your garden needs. Our pergola is fantastic and complemented by the bin storage which turns horrid bins into something a lot more attractive. Thank you all for help.

I bought the Kettler Cora Rope 6 Seat Rectangular Dining Set from Midlands Conservatory and Garden Furniture and Jemma couldn’t have been more helpful the whole way through. We even had it sent to Spain and Jemma handled all of it easily and with great customer service. Will definitely be using these guys again!

Approximately 6 weeks ago my wife and I travelled from Birmingham to Market Harborough to choose some new Cane Furniture for our conservatory from this outlet. We were spoilt for choice here. From entering the warehouse to today's delivery everything went smoothly in this family run business and the service offered was excellent. Exactly the sort of customer service one should expect. The furniture came from Indonesia and the upholstery from a local manufacturer and they are real value for money. We absolutely love them and will certainly be spending more time sitting on these beautifully crafted products especially during the summer and autumn. Total satisfaction in every way. Top notch rating in every way.

We were looking for replacement furniture and came across this company online. After initial problems locating it due to Satnav issues, we rang Jemma who gave us precise directions, although it turned out we were just outside! Jemma was very helpful and patient and more than happy to answer all of our questions. She even gave us advice as to where we could get lunch locally. Delivery by her dad and brother was exactly as promised. The furniture looks great in its new home. We would have no hesitation recommending the company to anyone looking for quality conservatory furniture.

I don’t think I have ever been more impressed with a company in my life. From beginning to end Jemma and her father and brother were exceptional. Jemma went out of her way to ensure that I bought the right furniture for what we wanted. She sent fabric swatches to make sure I was happy with the cushions and she took photos for me as well. She was always at the end of a phone line and when it was time for the furniture to be delivered, they fitted in entirely with us and our project. It was a pleasure to buy our garden furniture from Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture. We visited the showroom and Jemma gave us all the information to make a decision that was right for our needs and budget - cutting through our previous google searches. Our furniture was delivered promptly by Jemma’s father and brother - all we had to do was sit on it. We are thrilled with the quality of the frames and fabrics. Highly recommend this family business.

We had a problem with a garden chair that was within warranty. After initial help from Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture to find our proof of purchase they completely washed their hands of our problem. Everything was bounced onto the manufacturer (yes it was a manufacturer warranty) but the nature and tone of the email correspondence spelling this out was abrupt, rude and condesending. Not the way to treat a customer who had purchased a full garden furniture set including 4 chairs, large table and 2 extra chairs. We will not deal with this company again. On the other hand Alexander Rose the manufacturer of the faulty chair went over and above to sort our problem and we had a replacement chair within 2 days. Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture would do well to adopt a more customer centric and less agressive approach to their after sales care.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from start to finish from this fantastic family-run business. I am thrilled with my new tables and chairs (I am a returning customer) and the super efficiency with which they arrived (to a destination many miles from the store) and at very competitive prices. This company will be my first call for any more garden or conservatory items.

Living locally to the showroom we were able to visit and view the Galaxy Gazebo (and others). We have a patio that sits in a wind tunnel and the pull down screens offered a chance to enjoy sitting out without being blown away. We upgraded two of the pull down screens and the whole thing was erected for us by Maciek, which proved to be a good decision. The gazebo is bolted down and seems to be a sturdy construction. The louvered roof allows us to regulate sun/light and the roof and screens are easy to operate. We are very pleased with the Galaxy Gazebo and the service and very helpful advice we received from Welland Cane and Garden Furniture. A real family business with an eye to service. Nice people to deal with.

Pre- ordered bin store. Kept up to date and phoned in advance with delivery time. Store was already constructed and driver helped me fix the handles on the one I’d put together myself. Highly recommended!

Can not fault the service I have received when purchasing our garden dining set. From the initial phone call with Jemma, the e-mail communication, through to delivery has been amazing. It's been fantastic dealing with a family run business and people who genuinely care. We love our new table and chairs, looking forward to using them over the summer!

What a fantastic family-owned company to do business with!! The team were helpful, professional and a delight to deal with from the first phone call to the final delivery. We love our outdoor Kettler table and chairs and had the confidence to purchase because of the great advice Jemma gave us when we were considering table options (thank you Jemma!). I had a few queries and rang and spoke to Jemma who was incredible! She was patient and lovely with me, I placed my order over the phone, explained about my upcoming holiday and Jemma guaranteed that the delivery would be before we went away.
The delivery was great, it was Jemma’s Dad and Brother, came on time and they were both really lovely, helpful and friendly.
