After looking at many larger garden centre furniture we couldnt find anything that was really comfortable that we wanted. We did further research and found this local company and were very impressed with the options available to us.

We visited the showroom and worked with the sales team to find the right items for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Prices are realistic and the items well made and good value.

We were kept informed at all times of the progress of the items and given a delivery date once the items were actually in store. On the day of delivery we were given a delivery slot and received a call to say they were on the way.

It’s a family run business and each of them were lovely. We would highly recommend them.

Amazing price on Kettler garden furniture, with a free cover and serving table thrown in. Ordered online. Great communication regarding delivery and fantastic courier service within a week. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again or recommend to others. Fantastic!

We bought our original conservatory furniture from this company over 15 years ago when it was based in Harborough. When we needed it replaced we shopped around with not much success at finding what we wanted. As soon as we went back to Midlands Conservatory and Garden Furniture we found the choice we wanted and chose our new furniture almost straight away. Jemma was super helpful and the delivery service was fantastic. We are so happy with our refreshed conservatory. Thank you 😊

My elderly mother in law had seen a conservatory set that she liked in a local store. Using the internet I tried to get her a better price than the one she had been quoted. I found Midland Conservatory and Garden Furniture online and rang them for a price. The lady I dealt with on the telephone was very pleasant and helpful the price offered was almost 20% cheaper than the initial quote we had been given locally. From ordering to delivery we have been very pleased with the service and the recepient said that upon delivery all the furniture was unwrapped and the rubbish taken away to quote her 'Nothing was too much trouble'. all in all a very positive experience, thank you!

An amazing company to deal with, probably the best customer service I have encountered. I have bought several items from them in the last 12 months, great prices and they do what they say they are going to do. Shopping on line is quick and efficient but the magic starts when you talk to them. Jemma makes spending money a joy, nothing is too much trouble and they really know their products. The web site is great but call them and speak to Jemma, you will then understand what makes them so great!

After seeing, and deciding upon, Daro furniture in a large garden centre, we decided to check that the price was fair. It wasn’t! We took a drive over to see Jemma at Midlands Cane Furniture and were immediately impressed with her friendly, non pushy, approach, together with her obvious knowledge. As we were not sure how much we could fit into the space, Jemma suggested we make paper templates of each item and try them for size. After deciding what we wanted we ordered at a price that was below that of the garden centre. Delivery lead time was spot on the estimate from Jemma and her father and brother, Darren and Rory, delivered with great care. Every now and then you find a gem of a supplier and this family firm are one. We have no reservations about recommending Midlands Cane Furniture, and Daro.

Not happy in buying conservatory furniture online we wanted to view some in person. We visited Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture and they have a good selection in their showroom. From the start, Jemma was really friendly and helpful - no pressure selling. She went above and beyond to help us in choosing the right fabric for our purchase. Darren & Rory were great too - they arrived at the specified time to deliver our sofas - and even removed our old suite. It was a great experience from start to finish - using a local company with customer service a priority - why would anyone want to buy off the web? Their personal service was incredible and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

You never know what to expect when buying from the Internet, but this is one of the best experiences I have had....I read the reviews on here beforehand, and I can fully endorse them!

Jemma was extremely helpful and friendly from the outset, the sale was price matched and the delivery date was arranged. As promised I received a call to confirm details in advance, and on the day everything arrived on time and well packaged. Rory was also friendly and very helpful during delivery. If you are looking for excellent customer service then look no further, I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I couldn't be more pleased with my triple bin storage units which were ordered and installed in 8 days. Jemma was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Top marks for customer service and product.

Our whole experience with Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture was 5-star, from when I first popped into the warehouse asking to browse to ordering and receiving our beautiful gazebo and dining set. We dealt with Jemma throughout the process and can't praise her highly enough - she was very knowledgeable, helpful without being "pushy", friendly and generally a joy to work with. Our Norfolk Leisure Royce Cube Gazebo and 4 Seasons Outdoor Puglia low dining set were delivered and installed really efficiently by a brilliant husband & wife team and we absolutely love our new outdoor space, it looks fantastic and we can use it all year round! It's been greatly admired by all our visitors too - can't thank you enough Jemma and you'll be our first call for any future purchases!

Every part of my buying experience was excellent. Gemma, who I initially spoke to was so polite, friendly, exceptionally helpful, and went out of her way to get me quotes quickly, and also match pricing. She also listened to my request to get the furniture delivered quickly and made it happen. A delightful business to deal with. Rory who made the delivery was so pleasant, helpful, delivered the furniture quickly and efficiently, with a cheery attitude the whole time.

Bought a garden table and chairs set over the phone - very helpful service from start to finish, and swift delivery ensuring it arrived before the bank holiday weekend. Knowing you're talking to the same person each time you ring, and that they know who you are too, makes things so much easier and better. And all at a very good price. Would definitely use again.

A family run business that understands their customers. You'll hear a message when connecting to the contact number that refers to being put through to one of the helpful team - this couldn't be more true. Jemma was so lovely and accommodating, and after a few short minutes understood the type of parasol and colour we were
looking for, thought she may have one left in stock and promised to call the next day. Not only did Jemma call but she emailed a photo of the fabric and confirmed there was indeed one in stock. In addition , Midlands offered a very reasonable shipping option (we are in the South) and as we were away, arranged for the package to be delivered the day we returned. The whole experience, end to end, was effortless and personable. Exactly how it should be! Communication was superb and I can't recommend this company enough. From start to finish a great experience. We dropped in to browse and had a few questions. No hard sell, just great informative discussion which helped us make up our mind and place an order a few days later. Just over a week later and we took delivery at the exact time they said they would deliver. Not bad considering their overall journey that day. In 10 minutes everything was sorted. We have just had our first meal at our new table and chairs and could not be more pleased. It really is a beautiful set and you can see and feel the quality. We wanted to write this review to recognise the outstanding customer service we received. It can be a concern to purchase online, but from the moment I spoke to Jemma, I had no worries about proceeding with the transaction, We are delighted with our Kettler furniture, which arrived exactly as promised both in terms of timescale and delivery service. The additional telephone call from Darren on the day of delivery was a lovely touch. We would not hesitate to recommend Midlands Conservatory & Garden Furniture, both in terms of excellent customer service and great value for money.
