Very easy to book an appointnent. Staff very friendly and polite on the phone.
Engineer arrived on time and was friendly and very informative.
Explaining how to change the water pressure and also how important it was for a carbon monoxide detecter. He also tested for any gas leaks. Not everyone does this.
I am an elderly lady and have used Midland Central Heating for over 10 years - when the boiler was installed - I have never had any problems with any of the engineers.

Mike arrived on time, removed his shoes and set to work on our boiler service, he also, as requested, checked the gas shower temperature and confirmed all was good.
All this time, he worked in a professional manner with expertise and a happy disposition competing his work in short time.
Office staff were most efficient in the booking in and payment requests.
I fully recommend Midland Central Heating for all your Plumbing and Heating requirements .

I always use this company for servicing the boiler. It’s always efficient and professional. The engineer was polite, professional and friendly. The admin team are always friendly, and reply promptly.

New boiler fitted and work was carried out efficiently. Old boiler and debris all removed and kitchen left tidy. Engineer very sociable and explained everything about new system.

Midland central heating came to install a new boiler and I can honestly say Rob Mike and Chris did a fantastic job there was more work involved with installing the new boiler than first thought but they dealt with it brilliantly and got on with the extra work but they did a brilliant job I would highly recommend Midland Central Heating they did a first class service and I am extremely happy with my new boiler so a massive thank you to Rob Mike and Chris for doing a fantastic job and finally helping my house to stay warm. First Class Service.

Midland Central Heating were able to provide a next business day appointment for a central heating fault. The engineer, Mike, rang ahead prior to arrival. The fault was diagnosed and the faulty part was replaced right away and without any fuss or mess.
Mike was neat and tidy, courteous and very helpful. He also rang back later in the day to check that all was working as it should be (it was and is).
The receptionist was very helpful, she was happy to answer my questions and generally a very nice lady. :)

Excellent service with no problems

When we moved into our property a few years back we needed a new boiler, after searching we used Midland Central Heating and had Chris and Mike do the job. They worked so hard, made sure to clean up after themselves. Each year we have a boiler service, Aimee is always so helpful when booking the appointment and we have had either Chris or Mike visit. Super friendly company, who you can rely on.

Satisfactory service, easily booked an appointment, engineer arrived within time frame. Pleasant engineer, work carried prompt, and efficient.

I’ve used them for several years now. Appears do a clean job in servicing my boiler and reasonably priced.

They send me a reminder each year by email for my boiler service which I find helpful.

Excellent boiler service. The gas engineers from Midland Central are very reliable and trustworthy. They always turn up on time and talk you through what they've done and the general condition of the boiler. Chris has serviced our boiler over the last 2 years and is a pleasure to deal with. Very approachable and professional. We've been using Midland Central for many years now and would highly recommend them.

Just all round great service ! All staff extremely polite and professional. Been using MCH for 3 years now.

They did a good job installing the boiler, however, they forgot to tighten up the radiator and initially brought the wrong boiler. Other than that, no further issues.
