As usual, Michelle and her team has delivered through a very tough purchase with a few issues of an apt but completed as discussed and delighted with their service.

What a fantastic team, if I could have given them 6 stars I would have. I can honestly say they did everything they could to help me progress the change of ownership of my property, nothing was to much trouble, always polite and always helpful.
I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Michelle and her team have completed another sale and purchase for us - so that makes 7 now over the last 8 years since we left Nottingham. Flawless, faultless perfection just as they have been on every previous occasion. Despite Covid and office closures and despite the capacity problems caused by the Stamp Duty holiday for everyone else in the industry, Michelle and her team simply managed to take everything in their stride. I will continue to recommend them on every possible occasion. I will use them again without any hesitation.

Michelle and her team helped us to complete a purchase on our first home, as a couple, just in time for us to benefit from the stamp duty holiday. They also did the conveyancing for the sale of my flat. Their work was exceptional. Michelle in particular was efficient, informative and explained many elements of the conveyancing in simple and clear terms. Her colleague Sarah was fantastic too. We would (and have been) recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time I have used this company. I had Julie as my conveyancer and she worked very hard to overcome many obstacles with selling my home (no thought of hers). The regular email updates are amazing and I was always able to get hold of someone by phone even during the most busy period of the year due to stamp duty deadline. I have to thank Megan too as she would also provide me with updates and chased things for me! I would definitely recommend this company!

Absolutely amazing solicitors ! We have used Michelle for several years now and have always received a first class service.
This time even with COVID and the fact that we were selling in Devon and purchasing in Nottingham Michelle worked tirelessly to ensure we completed on time so that we did not need to go in to rented accommodation. Given that this is an extremely busy time for the conveyancing team they were always available to speak to on the telephone and the online portal kept you up to date at every stage of the process. Thanks also goes to Sarah who I bothered on several occasions !!

Wow, nothing but 5 star reviews! In other situations this might look a bit suspicious but in this case I am not surprised. In our house purchase Michelle O'Shea were fantastic.

As with many reviews, people go on personal recommendation, however, when buying a house as it is not a service that many do on a regular basis and on this occasion I had absolutely no idea who to choose for what is an extremely stressful but very important time of life.

There seemed to be a concentration of conveyancers in West Bridgford so I duly ‘rang round’ a handful of companies. With respect the majority of quotes came in and around the same price bracket. However, there were marked differences in the way the companies staff answered the phones, their attitudes and the quickness of quotations being sent out.

Michelle O’Shea’s staff were consistently pleasant, courteous and above all extremely efficient. They were all, when under pressure an absolute credit and continued to show the same level of service throughout.

I have no hesitation in recommending them as they sorted my rather complicated situation out very well and worked above and beyond the call of duty.
