I'd give them no stars if I could. I ordered from them, but never received the order. Driver kept trying to deliver to the wrong house. I contacted customer service and they said they will only refund me once they receive the order back. I have NEVER dealt with company with this sort of poicly. I didn't choose the delivery company, they did.

Firstly they offer a brilliant range if genuine Mexican food and drinkd which are hard to source elsewhere plus recipe books and online recipes for all of your favourite dishes. Secondly, their delivery service is super efficient. Every order I have made has been delivered expeditiously and really well packaged. Very highly recommended!

I ordered tostadas almost one week in advance for my party. The all came broken in a normal box not even with good protection. They said would send me some until next Monday after my party. Whe I ordered previous in mexican mama they even wrote fragile in the box. So never butying again from mexgrocer.

Nothing to show 2 weeks later despite being promised next day delivery. Initially helpful when I questioned this, got an out of office reply when I wrote the second time asking for a refund, 15 days after ordering. Not sure where the issue lies but that's beside the point, I'd planned to use this stuff! Thankfully a small order, but a shame as I was excited by the prospect of being able to source some really hard to find ingredients here in London. Buyer beware.
