I will never go anywhere else for my coffee supplies again, this is my go to company now, and I recommend you give them a try because I don't think you'll be disappointed.

First and no doubt last time I’ll be using this company. I ordered skimmed. 12 x 500ml of skimmed milk. What do I receive ? 12 x 1 LITRE cartons of semi skimmed that are of no use to me. I’ve been in touch with customer services and still waiting for a return label. Very slow process and one I don’t have time or the inclining to wait around for. I work long shifts and dont have the time for this. So now im giving this milk away to those that need it.

Placed an order. Received long life milk with very short date. All the way through I got the impression that it was my fault!
I sent photographs of the cartons and dates.I know from previous replies on trust pilot they have their procedures, but returning 11 cartons of milk was probably always going to go wrong...it did. No refund.
Maybe someone needs to step back and look at their customer service procedures for when things go wrong.

Great experience. My go to supplier for Tassimo pods and I find the website easy to navigate and order from. I had a slightly weird experience when Royal Mail were striking but this was back in 2023 and I’ve ordered several batches of pods since then and no problems whatsoever with delivery being very quick and the coffee is always packed very well. The prices are extremely competitive and I’ve had no issues with items being out of stock so all good really. There’s a good reason why they are rated 4.9.

The coffee is excellent, prices are fair, and any postage costs are reasonable for the size of the boxes I usually order. This time I was also able to buy in bulk thanks to the long-dated products.

Ordered rappor coffee late afternoon it arrived mid morning the next day, brilliant service.

I ordered Douwe Egberts Roast Coffee and got sent Douwe Egberts Continental Classic Roast Instant Coffee,not the same product,no joy with their customer service, so I will never use them again.

Considering I ordered late on Saturday evening my goods were despatched on Sunday and delivered via Royal Mail on Tuesday. Kept up to date re tracking. Its cheapest Tassimo coffee pods suppliers in UK .I have been using this site from past 2years . never had issue with order or delivery. Only thing is that you can buy bundle of 5 packs ,I feel sometimes,they should give more options to their customers to choose 5 packs. Mix and match blend would be a great deal.
