I don’t write reviews often, but this experience deserves one.

I work in the apparel industry, so I understand the level of quality and consistency consumers should expect from premium-priced clothing. I purchased several MeUndies T-shirts expecting that level of quality based on the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, they fell well short of expectations.

I washed the shirts exactly according to the care instructions (cold wash and hang dry), yet they experienced significant shrinkage. The fit changed so dramatically that they’re no longer wearable. That level of shrinkage simply isn’t acceptable for apparel at this price point.

What made the experience even more disappointing was discovering that returns weren’t an option, even though I followed the recommended care instructions. A company charging premium prices should stand behind its products when they fail under normal use.

After reading through many other customer reviews, it’s clear my experience isn’t unique. There are recurring complaints about declining product quality, inconsistent sizing, frustrating customer service, restrictive return policies, and a subscription model that many customers find confusing or difficult to manage.

The biggest disappointment is that MeUndies charges premium prices while delivering a product and customer experience that simply don’t justify them. Premium pricing comes with premium expectations, and this brand isn’t meeting them.

From a business perspective, I also question whether the current model is sustainable. Subscription businesses succeed when customers stay because they love the product—not because the business relies on restrictive policies or recurring billing. If product quality and customer satisfaction continue to decline, I don’t see this as a sustainable long-term strategy.

I genuinely wanted to become a repeat customer, but based on my experience, I won’t be purchasing from MeUndies again and can’t recommend them. Unless the company makes meaningful improvements to its product quality, customer service, return policies, and overall business model, I don’t see how they’ll maintain customer trust over the long run.

Created a subscription without my permission. They bilked me.

2/3 years ago I bought several hipsters and loved them. Bright solid colors with thick elastic bands. Still have them. A few weeks ago I bought more and found a huge difference. My favorites were not available. They didn’t fit but they were final sale and I couldn’t return.
GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL STYLE PLEASE.

These thieving deceitful people.
Once you order once you cannot stop.
They keep auto ordering and then keep charging your credit card.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will automatically subscribe you to some kind of membership that you don't agree to. And then I tried canceling numerous times. Once even getting confirmation that it was canceled but yet they still continue to charge you for something you didn't want and they won't let you cancel. Do not order anything from them or you will be trapped by their on going scam.

So I ordered my first bra from this company and it was too small so I had to return. So I had to actually call them to find out how I returned this bra to this company and luckily I got someone that was very nice and they told me how to return it and she told me that when I re-ordered another bra that she would still honor the discount from the last bra. So when it got time to order the new bra, I sent her the new order number only for her to say that this bra already had a discount so now I have no way to cancel the item and had to pay full price for a bra did not get any type of discount at all and as you can see, they have no way to cancel an order. They have no return information. You have to call them. It’s just bad business all the way around. I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

Not very high quality, irritating materials, VERY inconsistent sizing, high price unless you subscribe, but subscription is a scam, any decent designs aren't available for Subscription.

I bought my wife about $120’s worth of MeUndies last fall. They took forever to get to us. At least a couple of weeks. Foolishly, I ordered $70 in MeUndies for myself 8 days ago. I should have known better. It took a full week for the package to reach me BUT, I never got a notice. UniUni who, I guess, is their shipper of choice for the last mile, left a small black bag on the top of my mailbox at about 3:00 pm yesterday. They didn’t provide any notice of delivery, nothing. I came home at around 6:30 pm and didn’t even know that anything had been left for me. Only when I tracked the package today did I learn that it had actually been left yesterday. I drove back down to my mailbox and there was nothing on or around the mailbox. WTF is wrong with cheap shipping companies!!! No notice no attempt to actually deliver, just leave the bag on top of the mailbox over .25 miles from my front door. I just want my money back. MeUndies, get rid of UniUni, use a real shipping company, I’m done with you.

I had sadly left a bad review because I LOVE these. All got fixed real quick by customer service and I’m on the go for new ones again. I always wore Jockey all cotton so I was worried about the material…it’s great and as comfy as the cotton. These are just so cool.

While I did like the underwear, I cannot recommend this company or purchase from them again due to shady business practices. I ordered 5 pair of hipster panties. Within a couple of hours of purchasing, I received an email saying I had signed up for a subscription services for underwear monthly. Who buys underwear monthly??? there is no email address or phone number on their website, so you have to submit a "contact form" which I did immediately saying I must have signed up unintentionally and wishes to cancel my order and cancel any subscription. The next day, I received an email saying my order had shipped. I again submitted another "contact form" with the same information. In two days, I received another email saying how to cancel my subscription. This could have been done for me the same day I ordered without me incurring a subscription fee. This company is very shady. Do not order from any company offering a subscription!

Their fabric is the softest i've ever worn

If you live on the east coast or anywhere that isn't California you should not purchase from the company. The tracking is crap and takes well over 2 weeks. They "processed" it on day one yet it takes over 2 weeks to get to you. This is absurd.

I'm really, really surprised at the negative reviews. Just received my first order from MeUndies and was so impressed, just made a second order. The fit, the fabric and the SOFTNESS are just outstanding. Then there is all of the fun colors and designs. I'm not one for subscriptions, I often change my mind. So, yes, to order without a subscription is a bit more pricey, but for the quality product, fit and fun, I'll keep ordering from MeUndies.

Trying to cancel my subscription. The site keeps returning the message, "failed to cancel subscription."

I submitted my default address which was out dated (my bad, I know). Realized immediately, site says if the order is younger than 1 hour you can change it. I tried within 5 minutes after ordering to change it, the chat bot tells me it’s older than 1 hour. Whatever, I try to cancel it. They say it’s ALREADY shipped (mind you it’s been less than 5 minutes) so I CANT cancel it or get a refund.

Their customer service is only prewritten chatbot prompts, meaning you can’t say anything other than “cool, ship it to the wrong place, thank you!”. This isn’t customer service, it’s a prewritten script to get you to stop bothering them.

I used to wear boxers. Then I saw a Shinesty ad and tried their mens underwear with their “ball hammocks” - I bought some and washed them many times, and was hooked on ball support. So , I saw a Me Undies ad. Had to try them.

I have about six different brands of ball support underwear. Me Undies is one. So I ordered the Me Undies boxer briefs to try, with their “ball caddy” design, Fantastic. They fit snugger than Shinesty. Micro modal fabric is comfortable all year round. Washes great. They really snug up your jewels nicely. I bought the trunk version as well. Loved them so much I probably have twenty pair. I still wear Shinesty, but on any given day, I have one or the other on, and really like Me Undies fit,

Their customer service has been great, and they shipped quickly to me each time. I’m in US. I just received 4 new pairs - new colors I like, I buy them. Have laundered them dozens of times by machine. Perfect. Have used them for a little over a year now.

I have read a lot of the negative reviews here. I have had nothing but a great experience with them. My jewels have never felt more comfy. Play ball(s)!

Returns a nightmare and very costly if you are Canadian. Company signed me up to a membership. All I was doing was returning items that they sent. Returns go back to California. Because of how the USA tariffs work it cost me $60 in tariffs for a return! Plus $20 shipping. They sent me $266 in underwear that I didn't order. Told me how to return to get my money back. Cost me $80 to get back some of my money. Never again! My adult children love the product but told them to find an alternative.

My paypal had the wrong address and i noticed it immediately. I sent an email within minutes to have the problem fixed. They never responded and the order shipped anyways. They finally got back to me days later and said they cant change the address, but i can cancel. In the mean time ups charged me 16.99 four seperate times to change the address, only to be told today that they cant do it. Now I go to cancel the order and the AI on their website says they cant do it!!!! So now, near 100 dollars of product is being shipped to the wrong address and their was never a way to fix it. Absolute abysmal customer service.

Just ordered from them for the first time, unfortunately was sent the wrong item- usually this would dock a star but customer service was SO nice and helpful, replaced it immediately and the product is very high quality, comfy, and worth the money.
