We ordered tops from here for a local kids football team and got them sorted and on the kids backs within days!! Absolutely unreal quality and the fastest turn around I’ve ever known. Will be ordering g again that’s for sure!!!

Ordered on the 29th of august. My order has never arrived. Tracking has never been updated and only had only email offering me 40% off my next purchase and no update on when my order will arrive . I have been wearing merakilo leggings since 2015 and will never again. Will be logging a complaint with my bank to get my money back. Don’t waste your time, stick to gym shark.

Where do I begin. This company is an absolute mess- I’ll try be brief- first order was delayed got 40% off second order. Second order never arrived. Messaged many times took a month to get a reply. Was told my item was sent even tho my order link says it wasn’t ( don’t believe it was ever sent) no proof of postage tho I asked many times. After multiple messages and two and a half months they finally arrived today! - and guess what!? It’s the wrong order. The pants are a different colour than ordered to match the sports bra. Horrific customer care, weeks between replies on the one conversation. No proof of postage. No help what’s so ever and finally the wrong items arrive. Will never order from this company again. Total scam! Waste of time and money!!! ZERO STARS!

Bought pair of amenity leggings. Quality not as good as they used to be - not squat proof. Returned the leggings recorded delivery a couple days after I received them, they have been signed for and still awaiting refund. I have emailed company 6 times and messaged on Instagram twice and had no response. Do not buy from this company. Spend a little extra and buy from Gymshark - high quality products and excellent customer service/returns.

I have ordered from this site 10 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I have had countless emails ignored and had to take to social media in an attempt to get a reply. Their customer care is a disgrace. I’m highly doubtful they are going to send my order at this stage. A complete waste of my time and money. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. Do not order from this company.

Great products, i recently bought my daughter some sets for her birthday and she loves them!

I was looking forward to ordering from here because the gym I go to actually advertises them and has a unique discount code as an incentive. I ordered a number of products but unfortunately I had to return two items as they didn't fit/looked strange on me. The quality of the clothes are good though. Took forever to arrive, had to message the gym and complain for someone to say something. And now I am still waiting for my refund. The items were posted back 3 and a half weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. I've sent two emails 8 days apart as no response, I've messaged on social media and tried the chat option on their website and nothing. I even messaged the gym and asked them to speak to them which they have and still nothing! Only buy from them if you are confident you won't need to return anything and are willing to wait a lifetime to be dealt with.

Absolutely awful.
I gave this company the benefit of doubt after my first order failed to arrive. I had to chase and chase them.
This time- I paid for VIP shipping and received my order within 3 days. I say I received my order- I received the INCORRECT order but with my packing slip.
I have been trying to contact customer services for 4 days through email, their website and Instagram and STILL no one has responded. By this point, I’ve decided I don’t even want my order anyone, I want a full refund. I will not be shopping here again, I’ll be taking my business back to Gymshark !

I’ve been wearing Merakilo for years now and can honestly say I’m yet to find another brand out there that have the amazing quality clothing and amazing customer service like these guys do!
The clothing is SO flattering and comfortable and is suitable for any type of training, or just daily wear.
The guys behind the brand are fab, super easy to communicate with, helpful and friendly.
Would forever recommend. Get on that Merakilo hype x

Still waiting for parcel to arrive after 9 weeks.I have sent countless messages emails and no reply u till two months later for them to send me A reply apologising for not seeing my 100th messages via email and social media for them to reply and say that my order has been delivered as to where I have no idea!
Because it was never delivered.
I asked them to send me the tracking number and confirmation email but they never did.
Why?
Because it was never delivered to begin with you steal peoples money!!!!!
