Awful quality. Shrunk significantly after a just 2 careful washes, and printed branding peeled also. Customer service dropped off a cliff once the purchase was made, multiple weeks to reply, no real resolution achieved as of yet, over 6 months later!

I have ordered from Merakilo multiple times and love the clothes because of their quality and comfort and highly recommend them for fitness and exercising.

I bought 4 items under orders #11150 & #11252 that were not delivered with the rest of the items purchased.

I raised it with customer service and they acknowledged that the items had not been dispatched to me and offered for me to pick other items of the same value in addition to £20 extra.

While I eventually picked to have the same item in a different colour that was in stock I much appreciated the gesture.

Customer service liaised directly with the order fulfillment team and kept me abreast of the dispatch of the items which arrived fast as well.

I highly recommend Merakilo as I know that I can rely on their customer service in case there are any issues with my order in addition to good quality clothing.

Very happy nice people got what I wanted from clothing and received it very quick and replied back through Invox very quick definitely recommend going to their gym and ordering the clothes is very good quality thank you very much.

have sent you lots of emails and you do not reply to them. I'm missing my package and I've been waiting for it for over a month. it's simply too bad. last time I ordered 2 years ago the package came in a month but this time it has gone for long term. it's really bad service

Stared the gym and wanted to try a new brand, fast service and friendly customer service. Will be ordering again

Ordered 30th November an item was missing from the order. Emailed to notify of them of this and they said it would be sorted. No further contact from them afterwards. I followed up with multiple emails through December and the brand has IGNORED all of them.

I’ve messaged on Instagram and they’ve taken to deleting my messages asking where the item is. If they’ve got time to remove and hide all comments of their badly treated customers they have time to refund the money or send out the item (which is still in stock online).

Don’t waste your money, badly run company!

I used to love this company and their gym leggings however I ordered 3 pairs of leggings in August and only 2 showed up. Originally I said I would wait for them as they had issues with receiving stock. We're now in October 18th and after numerous emails back and forth I eventually received the leggings (15th October) in the completely wrong size (XS when I asked for a large). However I also asked them to forget about sending out the leggings to me and just issue me a refund, to which they didn't issue and just ignored my request.

I'm really shocked at how bad this has been handled. I understand that mistakes are made and I'm pretty sure I have been more than reasonable waiting for these leggings, but this whole experience has really put me off this company completely.

In all fairness to Lewis, he was polite and apologetic on the emails, but on occasions quite difficult to get hold of, when he was on annual leave there wasn't any indication that he was out of office so I just assumed that my emails were being ignored.

I just wish that they had issued a refund when I first asked for one.

They also read your messages on instagram and often ignore it
