Liam was great in accounts I would recommend!x

We had positive experience with Meraki Communications at Irish Consulting Group. Liam was so helpful and made sure that we got the best deal which saved us a lot of money compared to other vendors. Our account manager, Danny also made the setup process very easy and straightforward.

I called the technical support team and they were very quick to answer the phone and help me he was polite and helpped with the issues I had. Thanks Andrew! 10/10

The team have been amazing to deal with. They explain everything so well and have also helped me modernise my phone system seamlessly.

I carry out sub-contracting work for many telecom companies in the UK and can honestly say working with the team at Meraki is a breath of fresh air! The installations are well organised, customers briefed before I arrive and so far every customer I have dealt with has been more than satisfied with the whole process. Garrie and the Ops team are great and such a welcome change from some of the companies I work on behalf.

A guy called Pearce Munday was very polite, professional and so helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in which was a great help.

Saved me over £30 a month on my broadband. The whole process was pain free, would definitely use Meraki again. Dealt with Amie who was really professional from start to finish - thank you!

Meraki initially miss-sold me some general insurance that I had no details on (no IPID/Schedule or policy booklet). They then refused to refund the premiums for the policy that I had not agreed to buy. This was enough for me to never want to do business with them again.

They then hiked my price, mid contract, to 3 times the original cost. They could not justify this hike (I understand mid contract inflationary price rises can be incurred). They did not even know why the price rise was initiated. I complained to Liam, who initially tried to fob me off with 'the details are in the contract' (they weren't). I continued to complain over a period of months to Liam, who repeatedly failed to come back to me, telling me that the investigation was taking longer than initially expected.
I have since cancelled my direct debit and the matter is yet to be resolved.

Update: When a maintenance charge was applied to the account I asked "what is this fee for, it it like an insurance?" and was told yes. Maybe this is one of those times when you could use your recorded calls for training purposes.
Liam has been helping me, and on average takes 4 weeks and 2 reminder emails to reply. "I'm sorry, I have been on annual leave" is not an adequate reason for a 4 week response time, especially twice in 2 months.

Sadly, it took this review to prompt some action.

Thank you for your response though. In your attempt to undermine my complaint you failed to address the part where you overcharged me for nearly a year, denied it, ignored my emails, didn't get back to me time and time again, and then made it very difficult for me to cancel my contract.
You have now produced a final settlement statement, although you did try to pass off my overpayments as a the bulk of your 'gesture of goodwill' when reducing the balance to close the account. Top marks.

Alex was quick and prompt helping me find a solution for my queries to help me get moving. Very helpful to and is an asset to Meraki. I will continue to use this service.
