The Galeas urine test for bladder cancer was swiftly delivered and the results came within the timescale given. It will save millions of people unnecessary cystoscopies. Nonacus and the Biox Laboratory are to be highly commended.

This test is very useful, as well as very well managed. The instructions were very clear, as well as the shipping and getting the results. I recommend this laboratory and this test.

Recommend doing this test to anyone who is conscious of their health and cancer risk. Seems far more worthwhile and reliable than stool blood test alone for screening. Great service and follow up advice from Dr Tang.

Service was excellent in all respects and given the cost advantage over paying for a colonoscopy I would always take this first to see if there is any hint of any issue (which would then prompt going for a colonoscopy).

Excellent end-to-end process. However I wish the test made it much clearer that _it is optimised much more to catch a cancer years before, than to say one is not present with any confidence_ - if my calculations are correct, if you get a negative, the odds it's a true negative are about 50/50.
That doesn't diminish the benefit of an early alarm: a few more years of treatment will definitely mean a much better survival chance. For that chance alone, it is worth it hands down!

I found out about this test from a Daily Telegraph article and immediately ordered the test kit. It arrived quickly with very clear instructions for taking the samples and information about the return process. Having completed the test the sample was picked up by DHL and completed its journey from the UK to Germany in a few days. I've just received my results (negative thank goodness) and have set a reminder to carry out another test in 3 years time. Highly recommended for peace of mind......but this test needs much more publicity. I only found out about it by reading the newspaper article. Many more people need to be aware of the availability of such an important test. Thank you to Dr Tang for making this available.

We are so please we found out about Dr Chun Tang and the ColoAlert test. Dr Chun Tang was very helpful even calling us to explain the results and adding a letter to go with them to our doctor. It gave us the confident to contact our doctor without feeling we were wasting their time. The whole process from collecting the sample, getting it collected by DHL and receiving the results was easy to follow and worked without a hitch. We recommend this service to anyone with health worries.

Sent to the German laboratory from the Isle of Man on 4/1, received by them on 5/1 and got the report by email on 12/1.
This is an example of preventative health care. I regularly spend money on private scans/tests. The NHS will never be able to act at the same level as I do because of the expenditures involved with preventative health care (I don’t blame them). I was happy to have this test done. I will certainly repeat this in a couple of years. Excellent service.

I can't thank Dr Chun Tang enough for his time and expertise in answering the many questions me and my partner had following a positive test result. Following this Chun advised a colonoscopy that i had privately as my GP knew nothing of this test, that really should be available on the NHS, and was reluctant to even discuss putting me forward for an urgent colonoscopy. Waiting on the colonoscopy and then the results was a worrying time but during that period Chun was always available and answered all emails quickly and compassionately. My results have been negative and now i await a CT Scan that hopefully gives me the all clear for a few years.
Chun in my opinion has went above and beyond in patient care and hopefully the ColoAlert he provides receives NICE recognition and becomes a standard test used by GPs throughout the country to detect Colon Cancer.
In my case i am 45 years old , statistically too young for Colon Cancer but i will be testing now using ColoAlert every 2 years and if necessary have a Colonoscopy following the test.

I am a genuine client who sought a bowel /colen test after a bout of diverticulitis and a referral for an NHS colonoscopy.
I was wary of the colonoscopy as I had already had issues with gastrointestinal issues.
I decided to be independently proactive, hence coloalert.
Dr Chung has been excellent, available and responsive... I cannot recommend this company enough, I felt vulnerable and anxious, and luckily my results were clear and I cancelled my scheduled colonoscopy.
