I received my order last week loin lamb chops for a special family meal, I took the chops out of the package, there was nothing loin about the chops once cooked there was more fat and bone then meat, nothing like the advertised picture, I realise that the chops would not be exactly like the pictured loin lamb chops, but after spending £36 on the chops I would expect a better value for my money.
I been using meat in the box several times, but not again

Smoked bacon, nice thickness, unlike the thin supermarkets bacon never buy there bacon again, meat box for me now, and their sausages, last time had their black pudding out of this world

I have eaten sirloin stakes all over the world, they ranged from very good to mediocre but none of them were anywhere near as bad as those I bought in a recent offer from Meat in the box. They were badly butchered roughly cut and lacked any of the fat veins normally expected. They were extremely tough and pretty well inedible. I will not be conned by further offers and, if this is a sample of their normal quality I will be seeking my supplies from elsewhere

The 4th time I bought sirloin steaks and this time disappointed due to the large rim of fat arond the edge of the steaks. Some fat is expected but it turned out to be 25% of the weight, which is more than usual from them

Bought minted koftas at a reduced price. Large with lots of meat. Good value even at full price. It's a shame they don't make traditional faggots enclosed in caul. Come on boys, you can do it.
