Fantastic service from Jake Davies
Fantastic service from Jake Davies who manages our new build estate. I can see Jake is really committed to his role he went above and beyond. He provided person centred and personalised support to me and my husband, he arranged a very quick, efficient repair to storm damaged boundary fences behind our home and also resolving supported with resolving minor parking issues. I'm really glad we have a great site manager for our area, our estate is clean, maintenance is great and our experience with Jake is he has definitely exceeded expectations. Meadfleet have been absolutely amazing at supporting Garden House Hospice Care. They took the time to come visit us a few times, were kind enough to share their advice and offer support to enhance our gardens. Understanding my invoice
I spoke to Paul Ellis, from Meadfleet, recently about my invoice, as I needed clarification on certain points. He was extremely patient with me - figures are definitely not my forte! - and spent time guiding me through each item. As a consequence of speaking to Paul, I now feel very much reassured and confident about the billing process.

I emailed the company with an explanation and sincere request. The company responded with an email of acknowledgement. A second email response that felt human and understanding.
Also for the future Royal Mail would not be the method of communication. Alternative method in place.

The improvement point is to allow for phone interactions as Meadfleef restricts any contact to email messages. Believe being able to speak over the phone in case needed is very valuable.

Jake Davies
Jake Davies, who manages the communal land at Waterhouse Mill has been good to work with. He always listens to any concerns about the maintenance of the communal land and tries to resolve any problems and is always prompt to respond to our emails
He recently provided several bags of Tete a Tete's which I planted around the estate, It was rather rainy and then frosty shortly after so let's hope they come up in the Spring.

Very poor service - no accountability
Very poor
As a resident at an established site I have been chasing a tree replacement for years - literally years.
This has been ongoing for a ridiculous amount of time now and nothing is happening despite my constant chasing.
No one taking accountability for it - passed from one person to another. The next excuse will be it’s out of season as it’s been delayed it so long. I’ve heard it all before.
Residents are very unhappy about the service received and the fact we pay an incredible amount of money and are not getting the service or the items we pay for.

Charged me £100 late fee
Charged me £100 late fee for being 4 weeks late payment. Original bill was only £91!! I accept it was late and expected maybe £25 late payment fee. Complained, had a email saying they were really busy but it will be looked at, 4 weeks later no reply , apart from this one. How did we do, You didn't do anything, that's how you did.

We just wanted to check in with you as we are not sure if you have managed to contact our Feedback email address.
With regards to the invoices and late payment charges, we would like to confirm that following the invoice issued on 20th August 2025, a statement was sent out 5 weeks later as a reminder for payment. A following statement was then sent out a further 4 weeks after that, and any un paid accounts would have received a late payment charge a full 10 weeks following the issuing of the invoice on 20th August 2025.
I hope that clarifies the timescale of the matter from the issuing of the invoice to the ultimate issuing of the late payment charge.
