I was placing a large order of lots of various equipment for the local primary school and was able to compile an order easily. They were able to issue an invoice and arrange delivery direct to the school. No issues at any stage of the process, even in the run up to Christmas!

I ordered a workout bench for my son and just when I received confirmation it was ready for collection my son said he no longer wanted it. I contacted McSport and spoke to Akshay who was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. Akshay also responded to my follow-up email and he kept me updated regarding my order cancellation and refund. I would give Akshay and McSport 10 out of 10 for their customer service and definitely recommend them.

I had an issue with one of the pedal supports on my recently purchased HiFit spin bike, which I am using for physio following a knee replacement. A call to services resulted in an immediate callback from Nicole who could not have been more helpful. An engineer was dispatched with the spare part and I was up and cycling again within 24 hours. All under full warranty. 5 star service!

Customer service and Akshay in particular was very helpful when I had an issue with the courier, he liaised with them to guarantee me delivery date and kept me updated the whole time. Very happy with the product too. Would recommend MC Sport.

Recently bought a running machine from McSport.
Any communication I had with the staff was professional and informative. Dealt with Yatin, who answered any emails promptly and with the information I needed, even responding to a question I asked several months after buying the machine.

AKSHAY is fantastic at his job, he exceeded in all aspects of customer service, I bought the sB42 deluxe bench was a bit tricky putting it together but I knew I could relay on Akshay he talked me through everything I needed to know and it was perfect, while rebuilding the bench the seat got damaged I reported to the customer service and he was happy to let me know he could fix the issue and replace it, would recommend and buy from again :)

Had an issue with corrosion on part and outside of warranty. Customer support team were excellent to deal with and were able to provide me with replacement parts within a short period of time and they were dispatched without charge. Really brilliant company to deal with on this occasion and would happily recommend.

I was dealing with Kerri from MC Sports, who was really nice and helpful. She spent ages on the phone with me, helping me pick out a decent treadmill to my spec. The treadmill I received was great, and I couldn't recommend her service enough :)

Visited the showroom today in Robin Hood industrial estate plenty of equipment available in store . Lads were extremely helpful even went through the bother of inflating the balls for me really appreciate it 🙌🏻

From the guys on the shop floor to the customer services team over the phone, my experience with McSport was second to none. I couldn’t recommend McSport enough and I will be returning again! This kind of service is hard come by these days!!
