Good and honest team. Responsive to communication after the sale and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Appreciate the customer service.

I purchased a 14plate VW Golf. The vehicle looked clean and all service books were present and correct. The mileage was very low for the year and all due diligence checks confirmed it was good.

AA inspection raised a couple of minor issues which MCars rectified with no quibble.

After having driven home, a warning light appeared. I contacted MCars and within minutes Hassan responded, ready willing and able to fix the issue. The car went back, they fixed the issue effectively and efficiently.

Throughout the whole process I was kept informed and updated.

In my experience they gave me a gold star service. I’m now pleased with my car which runs perfectly.

I was really impressed with their customer service and support. Could not fault them.

Sales was quite good.
Driven the car for 5 weeks and look to do basic checks, oil is massively overfilled causing engine issues.
DBF is also failing.
Directed to warranty, 2 independent mechanics have both looked and have stated the vehicle has been serviced despite them stamping the book as the oil is too dark. Oil is dramatically overfilled

Day of collection, window screen as damaged and refusal to do anything about it.

Air con not working and was told I was wrong, when the mechanic looked turns out I was right they were just trying to miss sell.

With their warranty they NEVER offered an upgrade, the warranty say it’s needed.
So basically the car is useless unless I want to fork out 2k, the business and warranty send you round in circles!!

They don’t state they don’t accept credit card payments, which covers you in events like this. So that only leaves you with the small claims court which is an absolutely headache!

My advise is honestly avoid them, unless you know a mechanic.

Purchased a Nissan Note
Car was not Roadworthy and unsafe to drive steering heavy and not functioning.
Returned 5 days later .
Told nothing wrong
Would not return money until 18th
January 25
They did not listen to Statutory Rights
Do not Buy from this Dealership.
They little more than one up from a Scrap Yard.
This Car is not ROADWORTHY and its back on the Market.
